The PIMS Bangalore hostel fee is based on various aspects:

• The level of programme, whether it is a undergrdauate level or postgrdauate level course,
• The type course, whether it is an MSc programme or an MBA programme & other aspects determine the hostel fees.

PIMS gives hostel facilities for both boys and girls. The hostels are quite well maintained & are also quite secure. 

Candidates seeking admission to Padmashree Institute of Management and Sciences courses must submit the following general documents along with two sets of photocopies:

• ID Proof (Voter ID/Driving License/PAN Card/Aadhaar Card/Bank Pass Book)
• Class 10 mark sheet
• Class 12 mark sheet/Online Print (If mark sheet is not available)
• Graduation mark sheet/Online Print (If mark sheet is not available)
• Entrance Score Cards
• TC
• Migration
• Five recent colored Passport size photographs

The following documents will be required during the KMAT counselling. Both photocopy and original documents will be required. Candidates must carry two copies of the original documents.

The scholarship committee reviews all scholarship applications based on defined criteria, with a coordinator and members responsible for exploring available funds. The committee ensures an equitable distribution of scholarships based on merits and promotion without compromising the creative merit and qualification of eligible candidates. Ineligible students are not considered. The award of scholarship also depends on the availability of funds during the academic year.
