Inside PESU- A journey through B.Com.
Placements: 70% of students are placed through the Placement Cell of our university, especially B.Com students. The highest package is 24 LPA, and the lowest is 9 LPA. Companies like Accenture, PWC, KPMG, and HP recruit here. 90% of students go for internships in top MNCs. Common roles include Financial Analyst, CA Accountant, ACCA, CMA Auditor, Manager, and Financial Planner.
Infrastructure: Our campus has Wi-Fi, labs, and well-equipped classrooms. There is also a central library with many benefits. Hostels for both boys and girls are really good, with better safety, good food facilities, and freedom for the students in our college.
Faculty: Professors are very helpful and knowledgeable. Most of them who teach are industry experts who give us the best exposure. They are relevant and provide wide insights into the relaxed corporate world. There is no pass percentile; grading is based on S, A, B, C, D, E, and F. It is not difficult.
Other: I want to pursue something in management, so I opt for B.Com as a stepping stone for my career. The best thing about this course is that it is mapped with real-time corporate world updates. I would recommend making the subjects more in-depth to understand the root of all the concepts more clearly. There are many events and student clubs to interact with fellow students. The biggest event is Aatmatrisha, held every year. Scholarships are available for all the toppers, and there is a yearly toppers' facilitation.

Totally satisfied with the student friendly environment and placements of 2024.
Placements: Very few students were placed due to a lack of placements, and the highest package is 8 LPA and the lowest is 5 LPA. Most of the students got internships in this specific study or my course, and it is mandatory for everyone to do it, and their top roles would be ACCA.
Infrastructure: The hostel facilities and infrastructure are amazing. It has all the amenities, and they maintain very good hygiene and good food. They have Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, libraries, and everything else. They also provide medical facilities to the hostelites and are supportive of sports.
Faculty: Yes, the teachers are helpful, highly qualified, and knowledgeable, and their teaching quality is excellent, which definitely makes the students industry-ready. Their senior exams in college are easy, not tough, and their passing percentage is too high.

Our college has a good infrastructure, but its management is not good.
Placements: In B.Com., placements will start in the 5th semester. The highest salary package offered is INR 8 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is INR 2.5 LPA. The average salary package offered is INR 3 LPA. About 50% of students get placements. Top recruiters are companies like Capgemini, Accenture, LSD, etc. The majority of students who got placements worked in the finance and accounting departments.
Infrastructure: Overall, the infrastructure is good. There is a library. There is a study room in every building. Classrooms are big and good. There is a smart TV in every classroom. There is also Wi-Fi for study purposes. The connection can only be used for some apps and websites that are related to study purposes. There is a canteen and cafeteria in every building. The prices of food items are affordable.
Faculty: About 80% of teachers are qualified. Some teachers are good. They help students in academics. They also help us apart from academics. They help students to select the correct course. They encourage students. Other teachers do not take classes properly. They are arrogant and discourage students.
Other: The reason to select B.Com. is that it has great scope. There will be many job opportunities after taking a professional course. They conduct many events every month. Every week, they conduct club activities. Students who have a CGPA of 7.5 or more get scholarships from the university.

Our college teachers are not good, and I recommend that you do not join this college.
Placements: In our college, around 40% of students are placed. The highest salary package offered is 10 LPA and the average salary package offered is 3.5 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 2.4 LPA. Top recruiting companies like London Stock Exchange, Capgemini, Accenture, etc., visit our campus. Many students search for internships.
Infrastructure: Our college has six buildings. The infrastructure of each building is different. The library is available. Our college has average infrastructure. The food in the mess is good. Our college has three canteens.
Faculty: Our teachers are not good. Extracurricular activities depend on how much we pay the fees. The semester exams are not good. The pass percentage is 90%.
Other: The worst decision I ever made was to pursue a B. Com. at PESU. Our college does not organise activities or events in which students can participate.

I am very satisfied with its infrastructure.
Placements: Top recruiting companies are Accenture, Intellipaat, KPMG, LSEG, etc. The average salary package offered ranges from 3 LPA - 4 LPA. Internships are also offered for good exposure and getting into the corporate world.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very good. There is ample space in this college. It also has an open-air theater. It provides a decent library. A canteen is available at every block which serves both fresh and packed food. Digital classrooms are good. Cameras are installed in this college. We have a television room in this college. Internet is good in our hostels. Hostel facilities are good but the fee structure is not affordable.
Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified and experienced. The course curriculum is not relevant to make students ready for the industry. This college focuses on the academic part predominantly and gives very less importance to the overall development of students. Semester exams are good if we study properly. Academically, this college is hectic.
Other: Teachers should provide in-depth knowledge to students. Our campus crowd is average.
