It provides excellent placements with good pass percentage, and has average infrastructure.
Placements: Our college offers one of the best placements opportunities in Goa. The average salary package offered ranges from 4 LPA to 10 LPA. Some companies which prefer our college for hiring employees include TCS, Infosys, Wipro, IBM, Commscope, IVP, Zensae, etc., including other startups and midrange companies. Almost 90% of students from the computer department get placed every year, and there also have been batches wherein everyone has been placed. Roles offer to students who are placed range from junior software developers, testers, network security engineers, sales and marketing, etc.
Infrastructure: The facilities provided by our college are average as compared to other colleges in Goa. But they are being upgraded every year. This college does not provide a hostel as most of the students are from Goa, but the canteen, medical, and sports facilities are average, and have a lot of room for improvement.
Faculty: Teachers are the best thing in our college. They are well knowledgeable and approachable. They have the necessary knowledge required in their field of expertise and are ever-ready to help. Semester exams are not difficult, and almost 95-98% of the students pass the exam.
Other: Computer engineering has always been my passion, and this college has help me grow in a better way.

It is a good college for students in Goa.
Placements: The top role offered in our course placements at IVP Indus Valley Partners for 7.5 LPA. We get placements from Infosys, TCS, and Wipro. The lowest salary package offered was 3.2 LPA by Hexaware Technologies. Almost 75-80% of the students got internships in our batch. Most of the top roles offered were software development-related.
Infrastructure: We have Wi-Fi in the labs and corridors but it's very slow. We have a canteen and it's mediocre. There is a good parking lot. We have a yearly event called Kurukshetra which is a sports event. It's a good place with a good mixture of culture and academics for students.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful. They are well qualified and many of them are holding Ph.D. degrees and are from well-renounced colleges. Its curriculum is kind of outdated as it's not controlled by the college. The course is set by Goa University as all engineering colleges are affiliated with it. We have an 85-90% pass rate.
Other: I chose this course as I have a deep interest in computer science. In Goa, there are very few engineering colleges and PCCE is one of the better ones.

Satisfactory placement as of now, inferior infrastructure compared to other colleges, good faculty.
Placements: Placement offered by this college was quite decent. I would say a bit better than it's counterparts in Goa. Most deserving students do get placed. The minimum CTC offered is about 3.5 LPA and the highest goes upto 13 LPA. Many internships are offered by this college but very rarely were they ever paid.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is just okay. There's nothing much to complain although one downside is the inferior network. You can get by cellular network but the Wi-Fi system is insecure and terribly slow. Parking spaces is adequate and well monitored by guards. The cafeteria too is decent.
Faculty: The teachers and faculty are friendly, atleast most of them. Although, you might experience a dip in educational quality due to inferior infrastructure for certain courses compared to other campuses like DBCE or GEC in Goa. Although, the curriculum hasn't been much updated and I cannot held my college responsible for that since all colleges in Goa rely on the curriculum proposed by Goa University.
Other: Personally I found the Extracurricular activities to be completely absent. Being an introvert I didn't find much suitable extra curricular activities via this college. We didn't even got to experience a single field trip till now although the college did put in efforts to connect us with experts periodically via webinars during the lockdown period. Scholarships offered were usually restricted to girls although I wouldn't complain about it since I was one of the fortunate ones to be offered TFW seat by AICTE.

There are good faculty members and an open environment. Everything can be easily accessible.
Placements: Many well-rated companies visit here for placements. Placements are conducted for many days. Many students get selected from Padre Conceicao College as students here are very talented. Placement faculty members are also very helpful in all possible ways.
Infrastructure: There is a huge functional and equipped library. Wi-Fi and all labs are easy to access. There is a canteen in the backyard, and many co-curricular activities are conducted.
Faculty: Teachers here are good understanding and knowledgeable. Many of them are PhD holders, so they have a good amount of knowledge. They are available to help all the students in all possible ways.
Other: I am pursuing computer engineering, and there are good faculty members. Many co-curricular activities are conducted, and there is an open environment. Many events are organised in the college for almost a week, and complete exposure is given to every student.

It provides mediocre quality of engineering course, and the infrastructure is not adequate.
Placements: Probably around 30%-35% of the students were placed in the previous year. The highest salary package offered here was 8 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 2 LPA. I think the average salary package offered was 4.5 LPA. Companies which visit here for placements are TCS, Infosys, Amazon, Persistent Systems and some local companies, but they don't offer high salary packages. We get internships from the college, so basically, they are available for all students. Top roles are probably offered in the software development field.
Infrastructure: Labs are average here, and the computer hardware is outdated. Computers are slow and just fulfil the needs. There is no proper internet, and especially when there is a load on the computer system, it's not even possible to load the search engine. The library is good, and the needed books are available.
Faculty: Our college is under Goa University as all engineering colleges in Goa are affiliated with Goa University. So, the syllabus of Goa University is not much great and outdated. Teachers here are helpful apart from some. However, overall, it's fine, and the teaching is fine.
Other: I am from the 2018 batch of a BE in computer engineering course. The best thing about my course is that I can explore things in the software field. I suggest that our college should update the syllabus. Our college organises 2 events every year named Techyon and Mithya. Techyon is a technical event, while Mithya is a cultural event, so it is fine.

I am satisfied with the placement opportunities offered by the college in 2018.
Placements: Placements for our batch were really good. Our TPO did a great job in inviting some of the reputed companies for students. Our placement cell is always enthusiastic about getting companies to recruit students. The highest package offered to us was 6.7 LPA by IVP company. The average package was offered by the MNCs like Infosys, TCS and Wipro. Many more startups visited the college to offer placements.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is not much good. It is just okay. Wi-Fi facility is available. Labs have good internet connection. A/Cs were not provided in classrooms and labs. The college doesn't provide hostel facilities. Food provided in the canteen is good, but it doesn't offer many varieties to choose. The parking lot was the biggest problem in our college, as no parking space was available.
Faculty: The college has good faculty members. They teach every concept well. They ensure that the syllabus gets completed before the threshold. Some teachers used to explain practically as well. The course curriculum was really helpful.
Other: The college organises many events like Mithya, a cultural event conducted every year. It was an intra-college event in which all the departments used to take part and compete against each other. A technical event named Techyon is organised every year, in which all technical events like robot wars, decrypt, etc., are conducted. Some of the events were inter-college events, and some were intra-college.

A good institution if you take teaching and learning aspects into consideration.
Placements: The placements were good in 2015 but in 2016, the IT industry has been facing a lot of issues and only 6 are placed yet from our college by sem7 (one more semester to go). The highest package offered was by IVP, 8 LPA. That too, they placed only 1 student. Other companies that visit are PSL,TCS. I am placed with TCS at 3.36 LPA. Your percentage needs to be more than 60-65% to be eligible for placements. Regarding internships, Goa University's semester patterns are not suitable enough for an internship. You get the semester break of maximum 3 weeks and you can only do mini-internships.
Infrastructure: The facilities aren't so great. The college is a part of Agnel education complex, so we share the playgrounds with Agnel diploma college. There is a football ground, basketball court , badminton court etc. The college has Wi-Fi but its restricted, with respect to the social media as well as speed. So it tedious to use the Wi-Fi or the lab internet. Computer labs are pretty good. All of them are air-conditioned and have systems with good configuration. Library is fairly decent, equipped with the facility to search your books in the library with the software and also check your return due date. Classrooms are not equipped with A/Cs but are still clean and good. They are equipped with projectors, OHP and wide benches. It's a comfortable place to sit in. The campus doesn't cover much area, yet its pleasing. The gardens and lawns are well maintained and the whole campus is clean and tidy. The college canteen is not at all good. The only food items offered are samosas during the tea break and fried rice, chicken lollipop and manchurian during lunch. However , the college is surrounded by well known and cheap restaurants and cafes. No hostel rooms are available for boys. Girls get few rooms in the Agnel complex.
Faculty: Faculty members are qualified and knowledgeable. The institution takes a lot of efforts to teach, give notes, tests, revisions etc. There are mentors assigned to a group of 5 students. Mentors are basically one of your teachers who help you if you have difficulties with other staff members or regarding studies. Also, academic groups are formed as per attendance and average marks of students. Each group has 4 students with a high academic score and 4 with low. The idea is to help low scoring people with the academics. The faculty members are also understanding and approachable. I currently serve as the General Secretary of students' council and I am unable to attend the classes regularly. But there is no hassle when it comes to asking difficulties about the classes I missed. There are really really few teachers who would just hate you for no reason but a large part of the staff supports you. The college is disciplined and overall academic results are good.
Other: There is a technical fest and a cultural fest celebrated in an academic year. There are other small events too, including some intercollegiate events that you can attend. The college also has an Entrepreneurship cell or E-Cell in collaboration with CIBA. It helps you get your ideas into business. There are a lot of opportunities overall, it depends on how you perform and how sincere or focused you are on your career.
