Dayananda Sagar University has very good placement and better learning.
Placements: Placement is very good compared to other colleges in Bangalore. More than 85% of students are placed every year. In our batch, the highest salary package is 26 LPA by a Japanese company (placements are still ongoing). Most companies come from the IT domain. The roles offered are Junior software engineer or associate software engineer.
Infrastructure: Campus is a new show, all the labs are very well equipped with the latest technologies and systems are equipped with all kinds of software. Wi-Fi is available throughout the campus. Huge amount of books are available in the library. Campus is very neat and clean. Classrooms have both digital and manual learning options.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful but they lack knowledge sometimes. Teaching quality is good. This is an autonomous college so the course curriculum gets updated yearly based on the technology trends in the market. (except a few old subjects). Semester exams are very easy 2 days of study is enough to get a 7 CGPA.
Other: I choose computer Science because it is high in demand. Course curriculum can be updated to more industrial perspective.

Good college but lacks extra-curricular activities.
Placements: In my branch, around 50% of students got placed. The highest package was 20L and the lowest was around 3L, the average package 5L. The top recruiting companies are TCS, Accenture.
Infrastructure: The facilities are great and the labs are good as well. There is continuous Wi-Fi and has good speed. The libraries have all the required books. If they don't have a particular one, they will email an e-book on request. Hostel facilities are great as well. Clean and well maintained. The food is good and everything is hygienic.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful and qualified. They will help you out whenever needed. Teaching quality is fine. The course curriculum is updated every year. We are only taught new and updated subjects and content. The teachers really help out before the exams and with the understanding of subjects.
Other: I would like to improve the fest and sports in college. Everything is mostly academically based.

Good college for those aiming to only study.
Placements: Placements are pretty good for all branches except for Mechanical engineering. The highest package was 11 Lacs and the lowest was 2.5 lac. The top recruiting companies are Accenture, TCS and Infosys. Top roles offered in my course were software developers. Almost 80% got internships.
Infrastructure: The college and hostel has 24/7 Wi-Fi facility. Infrastructure as an whole isn't that great. We don't have grounds, it's just two buildings. But, the labs are pretty cool. It's all air conditioned. Library is well organised, air conditioned, with e-library and private discussion rooms. Hostels are hygienic and decent. The food isn't that great. As mentioned, only indoor games are supported.
Faculty: Most of the teachers are Ph.D. holders and we'll knowledge. The teaching quality is above average. They are always helpful. Their experience is too high. Most of them are from the industry The course curriculum is industry based as it is set by industry professionals. It's relatively new too.
Other: Computer Science and technology offers entrepreneurship alongside engineering in computer Science. It inculcates managerial skills alongside technical skills. My course should focus more on practical business skills. There are no events, fests or anything of that sort. Students are from all over the country. Campus is in the urban setting of Bangalore. Campus is surrounded by IT companies. It is well connected to the rest of city with frequent bus service. Government offered scholarships are guided through. There are industry collaborated labs setup and students can access it anytime.

Good college for rich people. Middle class people should think twice, before joining this college.
Placements: Placements are good if your CGP is more than 7.5. Still, none of the batches got placed because this university was established three years ago. The seniors of this college are in 6th semester. The average package offered in the placements is 3.5 LPA. The placements take place on the main campus, which is an advantage.
Infrastructure: There are only two buildings. There is no ground in the college. There is no place on the campus to hang out after the class. There is no place to sit. Most of the people who took admission in this college think that this is the main campus, which is called DSI. The classrooms and labs are very good. There is a medical room. There is a very small canteen in which only tea, coffee, chips and Kurkure are available. This college doesn't have any 4th-year students as it was established just three years ago. The college also has service lift problem. The students have to wait for a long time. There is no sufficient place to sit in the lunch hour. I don't know what happens in future when the juniors join, because the college will have the students of all the years by that time. The college looks like a software company.
Faculty: The faculty members are very friendly. The college has only four branches such as mechanical, CS, EC and CT. Now they are introducing new courses. The college has very good lecturers who completed their PhD and M.Tech degrees in IITs and other countries. But the attendees and the college dean are not supportive. There is no support for any cultural activities and sports.
Other: The college dean and higher faculty don't support any activities other than studies. There are no sports and any cultural activities. Once in a year, they conduct 1 or 2 sports competitions which are also conducted by the students. The college doesn't provide any facilities for the participants. They don't even give attendance for the participants. There are no college fests like other colleges. There are no big events. They only force you to concentrate on studies. It is a good place for those who are studious. It is not a good place for those who prefer extracurricular activities and one who wants more than studies. Recently, they passed some new rules like students shouldn't wear round neck T-shirts and jeans, which is totally not accepted by DSU students. These rules should be in schools but not in degree level. Students are not getting an experience of studying engineering. Other local colleges organise many big events like DJ nights, college fests, cultural meet, sports competition, which makes complete engineering course. In this college, students attend the college only for the sake of attendance. They charge money for everything. For summer term course, they were charging Rs. 7,000 which is already a huge amount for the students who come from villages. There are some rumours that they are going to charge Rs. 12,000 this summer. The hostel students have many issues. The hostel is 5 to 10 km away from the college, and the road to the hostel is also not good. The bus facility is not good. Students have to cross a three-lane main road which is the busiest road in Bangalore, to get a bus. Because of the metro construction work, the bus doesn't come to the hostel. We have to cross the road to get the bus (from the hostel). Students aren't allowed to the college after 9:30 AM. The students who travel from different places in Bangalore face too much problem with this rule of not allowing after 9:30 AM. As the traffic in Bangalore is very horrible, sometimes it may get late. But also the college doesn't think about this. They just passed the rule. Even, once you enter the college, you can't come out of the college till 1 'O' clock. The college students feel like they are still in a high school or primary school.

Best university for all Branches.
Placements: The placements for the college is good There are numerous companies mostly for CSE and ECE department The companies like Oracle, HP, Amazon, Infosys, Google and many top companies will recruit based on their skills. Among 70 to 80% will place for a job. The placements will happen on Camus itself.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of college is good There are numerous number of classrooms, Hostel facilities, well-equipped labs, Amphitheatre etc. The quality of the food available is also good There is a beautiful canteen and the crowd is also good The extra curricular activities and others programs are also good.
Faculty: The faculty is awesome They will help you whenever need you a help They will clarify all doubts They will respond to problems immediately and they are excellent in labs. It's not theory it's a practical which is easy to understand They are having good skills and teaching knowledge.
Other: The course is really good and it has a scope and we are having practicals regularly and labs also provided. The it course is just awesome in terms of software's and labs. The course and college need to be work out to know the exact details and study on practical situations. There are many events like fresher's party, convocations, seminars and fests.
