It is one of the prominent colleges of our state.

Placements: I belong to the CSE branch of batch 2024-28. My branch is one of the most prominent branches of our college. About 60 percent of students get placed every year. The highest package offered is 15 LPA, and the average package offered is 6 LPA. The lowest package offered is 3 LPA. Top recruiting companies like Infosys, TCS, ApMoSys, etc., hire students. Generally, students get internships from government organisations like DRDO, NALCO, etc. Top roles offered in my course are AI engineer, software engineer, ML engineer, etc.

Infrastructure: There are 5 hostels in our college, 2 for girls and 3 for boys. Hostels have all facilities like Wi-Fi, sports equipment, a library, etc. It always provides good mess facilities and medical facilities. The hostel also provides hygienic food and other necessary equipment.

Faculty: Our teachers are highly qualified and experienced. Their teaching quality is outstanding. They not only provide knowledge but also provide practical and industry-oriented knowledge. Semester exams are not so hard, and the pass percentage is above 90 percent.

Other: I chose the B.Tech CSE course because its future scope is very high. One thing I would like to improve is competitive exam preparation. Events and fests are extremely outstanding here.

College is good. Admission and study.

Placements: In this college, placements are very poor. The college name is good for his GATE qualifiers, and PMEC college was recently awarded by pm Narendra Modi. Our lowest package is 2 LPA, and the highest package is 6 LPA. 20%-30% students got an internship or placement in this college.

Infrastructure: Facilities are good, mostly our campus is complete with Wi-Fi, also labs and classrooms are fully smart. Hostels are neat and clean on campus, and in the hostel, Wi-Fi is available for all users. Food quality is average, not very good or not bad. In this college indoor stadium is not available.

Faculty: Faculty are good. Teaching quality or qualification is excellent, also all teachers are helpful, but some automobile teachers don't know anything but show like they know all. In our semester exam invigilator was very strict. Don't allow any type of cheating.

Other: I want to complete a graduation course, so I chose this course. The best thing is that in this college no competition with other colleges. Doing an internship in different companies or trying to attend off-campus placement drives.

Decent campus life, helpful teachers, and a supportive environment.

Placements: 40-50% of students were placed in our course, and the average package is 3-4.5 LPA. Top companies were APMOSYS, Cybrain, etc. Properly, I could not know how many got internships in which company, but my 4-5 friends got internships.

Infrastructure: New infrastructure has been made, which is particularly a separate building for the library named the Central Library, and all the facilities were provided. The quality of the hostel is quite average, but a student can manage easily. The food quality is sometimes good, sometimes average. There is a big ground available for playing sports and games.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The quality of teaching of some teachers was good. Semester exams are not difficult. Everybody should pass, but you need to at least solve the previous 2 years' papers. 33% is the minimum percentage for a student to pass.

Other: I chose this course because during COVID, CSE was in hype, and my friends also suggested opting for the Computer Science branch. You can gain some knowledge about the subject and do projects at the end. Events were organized, such as sports events, such as Arena, and a fest called Exuberance, which was held for 3 days, and many more celebrities came to perform. More extracurricular activities were done by the clubs, and you can also take part in those clubs to enhance, improve, and showcase your skills.

A good and cost-friendly college.

Placements: In our branch of Computer Science Engineering, nearly half of the students get placed, with an average placement percentage of about 50%, which translates to around 3.5 LPA. Companies like TVS and Infosys are hiring, but in other branches such as Electrical Engineering, placements are higher, averaging around 6 LPA from companies like Tata Steel Limited and Adani Limited. In Computer Science, students can also opt for campus placements and secure good salaries ranging from 8 to 10 LPA. However, the placement opportunities in Computer Science Engineering are not as strong overall.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the hostel is very good, with a total of three hostels for first-year, second-year, and third-year students. The mess facility is also available. In each room, three students are accommodated, with a bed, a study table, and a chair for studying.

Faculty: Exams are conducted in a systematic manner, with two semesters each year. At the end of each semester, lab exams and two internal assessments are taken. The semester examinations are conducted by BPUT (Biju Patnaik University of Technology), and the marking system is also good.

Other: There are a total of 600 students in the Computer Science department, with 90 plus 30 students divided into different sections. Highly qualified teachers are present to teach various subjects. There are a total of six subjects in each semester and four labs. A student must pass all the subjects and legs to go to the next semester.

Dissatisfied with placement with the low package and bad infrastructure, but good teachers.

Placements: 60% of students get placed. The highest package is 4 to 5 LPA, the lowest is 2 LPA, and the average package is 3 LPA. Very few companies come for recruitment. Very few students get internships. The top role offered is for web developer.

Infrastructure: Facilities available here are very less. There is Wi-Fi all around the campus, but students can't access it. Classrooms are not fitted with AC and proper ventilation. The library is good. Hostels are not so much clean. The quality and taste of the food is very cheap. There is a small opportunity for sports and games.

Faculty: Most teachers are qualified and knowledgeable, and their teaching skills are good, but they can be better. The course is relevant, but it doesn't make students industry-ready. Semester exams are not much difficult, and the pass percentage is about 85%.

Other: I always want to study Computer Science, but my JEE rank is low, so I have to choose this course here. The best thing about this course is that it's a software-based course. Events and fests are the only good things that happen here. The campus surroundings are filled with nature. Students get scholarships regularly, and there are several clubs for extracurricular activities.

The developing PMEC. I am satisfied with the faculty and facilities.

Placements: About 55-60% of students get almost placed every year. The highest package is about 12 LPA. The lowest is about 2.6 LPA. Companies like Tata Power, Tpsodl, Accenture, Oracle, OPTCL Bhubaneswar, etc. Students apply to different companies like Apmosys, TCS, Dellote, etc., for internships. Roles are being offered based on skills.

Infrastructure: Our computer science branch has a separate floor which includes a seminar hall, 2 - 3 labs with proper functioning of all PCs and Wi-Fi connection. Classrooms are well-furnished with the proper electricity, clean boards, and smart boards. The girls' hostel is located near the college & takes 2 minutes. The boys' hostel takes 7 minutes to the college. The rooms are of enough size to accommodate at least two people. The quality of the food provided is moderate. It also has a canteen area called the Utility Block and playground including basketball and football courts.

Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified from IITs and IISP Bangalore. They are very friendly in nature and support us in every situation. The course curriculum is available to make a student ready for the upcoming future where AI has taken over the generation. Semester exams are moderate and a student can secure an average of CGPA 7.5 to 7.8.

Other: Computer science and engineering have become the highest demanding course nowadays as AI has taken over the generation. The arena sports is conducted every year between December to February and the annual fest Exuberance is held every year in March. The campus is on average crowded and has a good surrounding with proper trees and ventilation with a garden. It also provides scholarships and several clubs like Sanskriti Cadense, Robostreaks, etc., for our hobbies. The infrastructure and placements should be better.

Placements: This is a government-funded institute and there is on-campus placement for students. Around 70% of students got placed. The average salary package offered is almost 3 LPA-4 LPA. The highest salary package offered is 17 LPA in VLSI branch. Top recruiting companies are Byjus, TCS, Infosys, and many more.

Infrastructure: College and hostel life is crowded. Best facilities are provided. Hostel food is hygienic and taste is also good. There are sports and games also in which students can participate. Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, library are available for all departments. Library is well stocked with books.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful, well-qualified, and knowledgeable. They are teaching well. The course follows the syllabus by BPUT Rourkela. Course curriculum is relevant and it makes students industry-ready. Semester exams are not difficult if we attend classes regularly we can easily score well.

Other: There are many events conducted. There are also many clubs present.

Review of Parala Maharaja Engineering College.

Placements: In our college, around 70% of enrolled students secure campus placements, while others find opportunities off-campus. This is a government institution. The highest salary package offered is 17 LPA, particularly in VLSI. The average salary package offered is 3-4 LPA. Recruiting companies are Infosys, Byju's, Amazon, TCS, and several others.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good, as it is a government-funded institute. Hostels are available on-campus. Campus is of 80 acres. Hostel food is hygienic and of good quality. There are various sports and game facilities available, and students can participate in these activities.

Faculty: Teachers are excellent, helpful, and knowledgeable. Course curriculum is relevant and makes students to be industry-ready. Semester exams are moderate. If we attend all the classes, it will be easier. If we miss classes, we need to put in extra effort to pass the exams.

Other: There are several scholarships provided by the college. I don't know about all the details. One of the scholarship is the Postmatric scholarship.
