PICT college honest review .

Faculty: Faculty members are rude, and in the practical exams, even if you perform well and your viva goes moderately, they will give you a B grade. They don't consider students' lives; even if you have important things going on, like interviews and other commitments, assignments are more important to them.

PICT Pune – a perfect college for engineering students.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful and knowledgeable. From 2024, autonomy is followed. The syllabus is set to make students industry-ready. Exams are of moderate level. In college, semester exams of 30 marks and end-semester exams of 70 marks are conducted.

Good placements according to seniors but campus is small.

Faculty: Many faculty members at PICT possess advanced degrees and are actively involved in research, bringing a depth of knowledge to their teaching. As of now, it is autonomous, so I can't say much about the course, exams, and other course-related stuff. In programming, they are teaching us C language, which is an outdated language and not used in industries; by this, we can say that the course is pretty outdated.

PICT is a good college with a bad campus but a good technical crowd and above average placements.

Faculty: Most of the department teachers are well-qualified along with proper experience in their field. They also have really good teaching skills. Although some new teachers are present in first year department who need to be a bit more experienced. The course curriculum has undergone a lot of changes, and it seems relevant to the current market. Semester exams for us are a bit difficult as our year is the first year of autonomy so we don't have any PYQs to practice from.

Pune Institute of Computer Technology (PICT) Review.

Faculty: All the professors are well-qualified in their respective subjects and labs. Faculty members are supportive in academic and non-academic matters. Teaching quality is on par with good universities. The course curriculum is very relevant as PICT has been declared autonomous since last year. It has the latest and practical syllabus. Semester exams are quite difficult at the college. It also helps on campus interviews and other competitions. Passing percentage is 35%.

Strong placements, great faculty, and balanced campus life at PICT Pune.

Faculty: Faculty in the Computer Engineering department is highly qualified, supportive, and knowledgeable, with many holding M.Tech or Ph.D. degrees. They are approachable and actively help students during and outside lectures. The teaching quality is concept-focused, often supplemented with real-world examples, industry case studies, and hands-on lab sessions. The curriculum is well-structured and regularly updated to include modern topics like Data Science, AI, Machine Learning, Web Development, and C...

PICT - A good or a bad college.

Faculty: Most of the teachers are highly qualified and have immense knowledge of the subject they teach. But at the same time, I would like to mention that the teaching quality is pretty average. There are a few lecturers who don't speak loud enough while addressing a class of around 78 students. From my perspective, semester exams are a bit on the tougher side because I got admission through the CIWGC quota.

Faculty: In 2024, the college became autonomously affiliated with Savitri Bai Phule University Pune. Teachers are experienced and qualified due to autonomy. The course is designed with the help of alumni and related to computer studies and is focused on making students industry-ready. There are two types of examsp-- the semester and the end semester; they are moderate.

Faculty: Teachers were very helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. They support us in every situation. They forcefully take all the action that was needed for the growth of the students. The curriculum was also relevant to match the industry standards. Semester exams are a bit difficult.

Value for money and education with sports and college life in PICT.

Faculty: The teachers are really helpful and have deep knowledge of their subjects. Due to autonomy, the curriculum is completely changed, and now they have a new syllabus as per the industry needs, with new labs, libraries, and exams. Speaking about exams, they are really easy but also test your knowledge. Teachers also give extra effort to clear your doubts.

Massachusetts of West in terms of academics.

Faculty: Teaching quality here at PICT is pretty excellent. Teachers are well-qualified, helpful, and knowledgeable as well so there is no drawback for academics. The course curriculum is also relevant but in the sense of industry knowledge, it is a little older but there, they are trying to improve and update the curriculum. Semester exams are a little tough, meaning they are on a little tougher side only and the pass percentage is also well, meaning in terms of numbers they are like I think so 90% or s...
