Review of Purulia Polytechnic College.

Placements: More than 60% of students are placed in our department. The highest package for our course is 2.75 LPA, and the average package is 1.44 LPA. More than 20 companies visited our institute. Top companies that recruit from our institute are JSL, JSW, L & T Power, L & T Construction, Capgemini, Shyam Metallics, etc.

Infrastructure: Separate hostels for boys and girls are present in our college. Hostel quality is average. Both hostels are located on the college campus. A canteen and mess are available near the college campus. The college campus looks very beautiful.

Faculty: All teachers are very friendly and knowledgeable in our college. All the teachers came here from completing M.Tech in top universities. Their teaching quality is very excellent. This polytechnic course is a diploma course in engineering. After this course, students are ready to work in a particular engineering field. All the semester exams are moderate. If students has good knowledge of their subjects, they can easily achieve more than 85%. The pass mark for every semester exam is 40%.

Other: Purulia Polytechnic is one of the oldest polytechnic colleges in India. Purulia Polytechnic was established in 1957. Purulia Polytechnic is the best polytechnic institute in Purulia district. The college is situated 4.5 km from Purulia station, Bongabari.

Placements: Our college has a good placement service. After passing out, our TPO tries to give us the best jobs. Many companies like L&T, Power & Construction, Jindal Power, Bajaj Auto, Jindal Steel, JSW, Tata Motors, Dana, Prestige, TMT Bar, and many other companies visit our college.

Infrastructure: The college has hostels for both male and female students. There are adequate security measures. The food is served 3 times a day. There are enough classrooms in the college and there is a library. There is no Wi-Fi system in the college. It has a canteen on campus.

Faculty: Our college has 5 faculty rooms for 5 departments with different teachers. Our teachers motivate us for curriculum activities. They also participate in curriculum activities. Our teachers are very helpful. They help before exams with extra special classes.

Infrastructure: Our college provide us five courses those are mechanical engineering, civil engineering, electrical engineering, electronic engineering, metalogy engineering, and our college provide us also a good hostel facility with different building in our college campass aslo girls hostel.

Faculty: Our college has 5 facilities room for 5 departments With different teachers. Our teachers motivate us for curriculum activities. And they also participate in curriculum activities. Our teachers are very helpful. Because they help before the exam with extra Special classes.

Our college has both girls and boys hostels separately. The hostel has a good canteen and also provides fresh food.

Review of Purulia Polytechnic College.

Placements: The placement quality was excellent and get a placement if you are willing to do something in your life. Proper guidance and support are given by the placements and training department.

Infrastructure: Our college has all the necessary infrastructure facilities and equipment. Well-maintained classrooms with projects, tables, and chairs. The laboratory has full equipment needed for experiments. There is a library full of nice and great knowledgeable books. Sports teachers and necessary items needed for sports ground are also well maintained. Hostel is nice and comfortable. Wi-Fi and smartbooks are also available. Food is also very hygienic and of good quality.

Faculty: College is the best with the best teachers and quality teaching. The curriculum is also up to date and one can study hard with the help of a teacher to get a dream job. Exams are taken carefully. Coldwater and first aid facilities are also available.

Other: Campus life is very excellent to meet the dream life. Students are very talented in the guidance of teachers as well as by their hard work and efficient struggle everything is just perfect and valuable.

Our college is one of the top 5 best polytechnic colleges in West Bengal.

Placements: There are no placements in my college. The students are not that enthusiastic about the placements, and most of the students are coming just to complete their degrees. Even if any company comes here, it gives you very low salary packages and is not worth it at all. You can expect around 2-3 LPA from those companies.

Infrastructure: Our college is newly constructed, so it's not that good. There is a playground and some sports facilities you will also be getting. You can also find a decent library on campus. There's no Wi-Fi facility for students yet. The college environment is good as it's in a rural area and you won't be facing any type of pollution and you'll be finding a great atmosphere for studying. The spaces are natural and clean.

Faculty: The faculty members for our course are good. All of the teachers are helpful and mediocre. The course curriculum of our college is good if you're seriously studying it.

Other: I chose this course because, in the future, I want to open my own pharmacy. If my mind changes, I'll go for the exams like drug inspector and all. 2019-2022 is the best batch for mechanical engineering.

It is one of the top diploma colleges in West Bengal. Placements are good here.

Placements: About 50-60% of the students from our course got placed. Top recruiting companies like L&T, Jindal Stainless Limited, CEAT and Maithan Steel visit our campus for placements. About 157 students get placement in the year 2016-17, and about 234 students get placement in the year 2017-18, which is a good number.

Infrastructure: The college provides a good green alcohol-free campus. Labs are good with all machines and tools. Wi-Fi connection is not available. Classrooms are decent, with a capacity of 70 students. The hostel facility is available for both boys and girls.

Faculty: All teachers in our college are quite good and qualified. All teachers have done at least M.Tech from reputed colleges like Jadavpur University. The course curriculum contains both theory and practical parts, but the practical part is more. Semester exams are moderate if you prepare for them.
