B.Tech. in Computer Science - Batch of 2028

Supportive faculty, decent placements, strong technical exposure, and good infrastructure.
Placements: I am a student of the B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering programme, batch of 2021–2025. Overall, the experience in terms of academics and placements is quite decent. In our batch, around 85-90% of students get placed through campus placements. The highest package offered in our course is 28 LPA, which is secured by one of the toppers through an off-campus referral in a product-based company. The lowest package offered is around 3.5 LPA. The college is in the centre of the city, Nashik.
Infrastructure: Our college, R. H. Sapat College of Engineering, Nashik (Sandip Foundation), offers fairly good infrastructure and facilities for students, especially in the Computer Engineering department. The classrooms are spacious, well-ventilated, and equipped with projectors for digital learning. Each department has its dedicated computer labs with high-speed internet and up-to-date systems. Wi-Fi is available for all students. The central library is one of the highlights and has a good collection of technical books.
Faculty: Faculty at R. H. Sapat College of Engineering is quite supportive and approachable. Most teachers in the Computer Engineering department are well-qualified, with M.Tech or Ph.D. degrees. They have a decent amount of teaching experience. They are generally helpful when it comes to clearing doubts, guiding projects, and supporting students with internships or competitions outside the syllabus.
Other: I am a student of the B.Tech in Computer Engineering course from the 2021–2025 batch at R. H. Sapat College of Engineering, Nashik (Sandip Foundation). I chose this course because of my genuine interest in technology and problem-solving. I have always been curious about how software, websites, and apps are built, and I know that computer engineering gives me the right platform to turn that curiosity into skills and a career.

Provide good teachers but not good facilities and placements.
Placements: There are more than 70% placed in this course every year in E@TC course. The average package is 4,60,000, and the highest package depends upon student capability. Recruiting companies are TCS, Accenture, TDK, etc. All students get internships; it is provided by college, with companies like Sonic Electronics, Borse Electronics, TDK, Shivnanda Electronics, etc. Top roles are engineering roles like Electronics or Software Engineer.
Infrastructure: College provides good staff, good seating arrangements, and facilities like labs and libraries. It also organizes various campaigns to provide a good experience for students. It provides good food for the hostel and canteen. It is a little bit expensive for students but provided by the college. It also organizes various sports fests and provides college gear, which is important for sports games. Cultural events and many more facilities are also organized.
Faculty: All the teachers teach very well and have good knowledge about the subject. They also perform various lab practicals which help students understand the subject clearly. The teaching quality is great, but it could be better. Yes, it organizes many seminars that are helpful for students about their careers in this field and are helpful for the future. The semester exams are really tough, and they could be not as tough. University paper checking is really the worst. The passing percentage is very low in this field. I don’t know the exact percentage, but it's low.
Other: This course is very focused on the future and provides both software and hardware skills, which are helpful for working in any field. The exams should be less tough because the subject-related videos and lectures are less available on the internet, and students don’t understand many things. More practical things should be added rather than just book knowledge. All other categories are okay, but the college cannot provide a free bonafide. It charges to get a bonafide, and the college papers are more expensive. Files are also expensive. This is a poor facility at this college.

Placements are decent, and the hostel facilities are good.
Placements: Placement at RH Sapat College of Engineering is a key highlight for students, especially those pursuing Computer Engineering. The college has a dedicated Training and Placement Cell that works actively to connect students with top companies in the industry. Infrastructure: Infrastructure for the Computer Engineering course at RH Sapat College of Engineering is well-developed and designed to support both academic and practical learning. The department is equipped with modern computer labs featuring high-speed internet, updated software, and necessary development tools.
Faculty: Faculty of the Computer Engineering department at RH Sapat College of Engineering is experienced, supportive, and well-qualified. Many professors hold postgraduate and doctoral degrees, and they focus on both theoretical concepts and practical applications.

Faculty is qualified and teaching quality is generally good.
Placements: college has started a new branch in AI & IT, which will be very helpful for future placements due to its high scope. The placement ratio ranges from 40% to 80%. Companies like TCS, Infosys, Mahindra, Bosch, and others recruit from this branch. The average packages range from 4 to 7 LPA, with the highest package between 9 and 16 LPA. The highest package in 2025 is 16 LPA, and that student is my friend.
Infrastructure: College has good labs, smart classrooms, Wi-Fi, and a well-stocked library. Hostel rooms are decent but need improved cleanliness. The mess food is average. Medical assistance is available on campus. Sports facilities, including basketball and volleyball courts, are also provided.
Faculty: Most of the teachers are helpful and well-qualified. They explain topics clearly, and many try to connect theory with real-life examples. The course is mostly relevant, but to become industry-ready, students need to put in extra effort by doing internships or projects. Semester exams aren't too difficult if you study regularly. The pass percentage is usually quite high, around 80–90%.
Other: RH Sapat College of Engineering organizes various events. The college has a peaceful environment with no crowd and a silent atmosphere. The faculty in the AIDS branch is good. My batch is the first batch of this branch at RH Sapat College.

Supportive teachers and a strict environment during the examination.
Placements: At my college, the Electrical branch has the majority of placements. Last year, nearly 140 placements were offered to Electrical Engineering students. I don’t have an idea about the highest or lowest package. But the main recruiters in the college are TCS, BOSCH, Capgemini, Accenture, Infosys, ABB, and many more.
Infrastructure: Overall, facilities and infrastructure in the department are decent. Of course, there is Wi-Fi and different labs for different subjects. However, the hostel does not have many facilities, and the infrastructure is not very good. As for the mess, I must say there is a proper routine for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Faculty: Teachers are supportive. They are highly qualified and have more than 15-20 years of experience. Some of them have been working in this college for more than a decade. The course curriculum is also good. The environment during semester exams is quite strict.
Other: The best thing about the college is the cool environment, thanks to the wonderful climate of Nashik. Various types of seminars are conducted to increase the level of students and get ready to step in to the industry. Events are organized in February.
