Good placement count and packages in 2025.
Placements: Based on last year, more than 95 percent were placed and the package was also really good, like 55 LPA and all. Many top companies do come here, including Hexaware and many more. Many students have done many internships. Mostly the placements are from software companies.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure and facilities are pretty decent. They are building a few new buildings too. You have decent Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, and a library. The hostel is quite good and in the canteen you can see basic food items. In the mess, non-vegetarian food is not provided, but you can order it from outside.
Faculty: The curriculum is all updated and quite easy to learn and many of the faculty members here are really helpful they guide you a lot. More than academics, you will get to participate in many tech events, and you can showcase your talent and abilities. So overall it is pretty good.

Reality of Rajalakshmi Institute of Technology.
Placements: Almost 90 percent of students were placed in our college. The highest package is 54 LPA, and the lowest is 7 to 8 LPA. Amazon, Google, Wipro, and Microsoft recruit. 5 to 10 percent of students got internships in IIT Kharagpur, and some of them got internships in the Motherson company at a stipend amount of Rs. 23,000 per month. I personally suggest cloud computing.
Infrastructure: Our college is compact and small compared to the rest, but Wi-Fi is available in every place in the building. Classrooms are good and neat. They are building a new one for juniors. The library is quite decent. In the library, we have a full-speed 5 G internet. In our college, only vegetarian, no non-vegetarian foods are available. Mess food is good. Weekly, once they provide ice cream, on other days they provide brinji price, sambar rice, meals, a daily compulsory 1 sweet and healthy salad they will provide for hostellers. Sports like cricket, many sports are available, and we play after 3.
Faculty: Teachers are friendly and polite, they help you except for some staff. We are doing a company visit once a year, last semester we visited a Bangalore company, now we are visiting Chennai at Nandhanam. Semesters are easy only compared to other colleges, where the pass percent is above 80%.
Other: Now many things are changing for the upcoming 2 years. We can choose the faculty members wherever we need and choose the timings, like VIT College.

The impact of years of my life.
Placements: In my department, 90 percent of students get placed, and 100 percent of students got internships in various companies. The average package offered in placements ranges from 6-7 LPA. The highest package offered is 24, and the lowest package offered is 3 LPA. Companies like Amazon, Microsoft, IBM, Accenture, and Zoho recruit students.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of labs and classrooms is of high-tech standards. They provide many labs, and each lab is specialised for each department. The quality of the food is fine and manageable. We can eat food, but the variety is limited. The quality of the food is fine.
Faculty: Teachers are kind and helpful. They are friendly and help students who have difficulty understanding. The course curriculum is relevant, and we gain significant experience in the industry. Passing exams is easy. They make it easy to understand concepts.
Other: I am interested in artificial intelligence, and the future is booming in that, so I chose data science. I preferred to choose artificial intelligence and data science engineering rather than artificial intelligence and machine learning.

Highly satisfied with joining RIT.
Placements: 75 percent of students were placed in my course. The highest is 23 LPA, the lowest is 3 LPA, and the average is 6 LPA. Amazon, Accenture, Zoho, and Elcomponics had 100 percent of students get internships from various companies in software development, engineer technical associate.
Infrastructure: Amazing facilities and infrastructure were available in our college. We have specialized labs for our course, and Wi-Fi is available on each floor. The hostel is maintained very well, and the quality of the food is great, but it's repetitive. The canteen is maintained to high standards, and medical facilities are available here with our own group's medical college, where any serious health issues can be treated, other than first aid. Yearly, twice sports activities will be conducted.
Faculty: Teachers were very kind and helpful in clarifying the doubts that the students were asking. Students were driven to industrial standards in the course curriculum. Passing the exam was simple and easy once the student learns the concepts correctly without mugging up.
Other: I have an interest in the computer science department, and I wanted to become a software developer, so I joined computer science. Nearly 5 to 6 events will be conducted each semester.

I made a good decision on joining this college because of the great exposure I received.
Placements: The placements were excellent. My batch almost received many offers from top MNCs. The highest package is around 25 LPA, the lowest package is 3 LPA, and the average is around 6 LPA. Top companies like Amazon, Meta, Accenture, Infosys, HCL, and other top MNCs came to hire students, and all of them are related to my specialization. Nearly all of my batch (2025) gets internships from my course.
Infrastructure: Only the classrooms were non-AC rooms. Other than that, every place like the seminar hall, library, laboratories, and computer labs were maintained with AC infrastructure. The quality of the faculty is absolutely fine. They are kind and helpful, and the mess and canteen are maintained hygienically. Medical facilities are available, and they immediately take students to the institutional medical college.
Faculty: Teachers are kind and helpful in assisting with notes and books for preparation for the exam. Doubts can be clarified with professors. The college follows the Anna University curriculum, but the college is autonomous. The semester exams are easy to clear. There is no difficulty in clearing the exams.
Other: I am interested in communication-based things, so I chose this specialization which had only two options: one is ECE and the other is CCE. I don't have an interest in electronics but have an interest in communication, so I chose Computer and Communication Engineering. Many events are held on campus monthly, nearly three.
