There is no placement offered by our college, So I can not say about the percentage of students getting placed or the highest salary package offered.

Great campus life, supportive activities, and a good learning environment.
Placements: 40% of students were placed. The highest package was 10 LPA, and the lowest was 3 LPA. Roles related to SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and car designing were offered. Around 70% of students were involved in car designing. Students in my course also got internships at many companies. They provided opportunities to learn about car design and the automobile industry.
Infrastructure: The Wi-Fi was good. Labs were clean. Classrooms were clean and well-maintained. The library was large and had a good environment. The structure of the college was also good, and I liked my college. In the hostel, the food was good, and medical facilities were provided. Sports were played on weekends.
Faculty: Teachers were friendly. Many of them had Ph.D. degrees. We learned many things in the classroom, not only academics but also personal development skills. The course curriculum was industry-ready. Mechanical Engineering was an evergreen branch. Exams were not very difficult, and we studied in groups with friends.
Other: I wanted to become a mechanical engineer. The best thing I learned was car designing, which is my favorite area. More workshops were needed to improve the course. Events were generally organized every month, including dance programs, sports events, and fests. The campus crowd was friendly. The campus environment was good. Activities such as sports, chess, and gaming events were also enjoyable.

It is a good college for someone who has thought of destroying his life.
Placements: Only 5-6% of students got placements. The highest package is not above 4 LPA to 5 LPA. It is very rare to find a good package. If students have talent, then only they can get a good package on their own. College doesn't help in any placement or any job. Everything here should be done by students.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is very good and has very big campus with hostel. Food quality is average. It is far from the main market but everything is easily accessible. There are different blocks for every branch. You can go to the market in rickshaw anytime and can use bus timely.
Faculty: It is good but it's too hectic. Teachers and faculty fully pressure students. There's a detain system if 75% have no attendance, you will be detained and fee for that is Rs 3,500. Supply fee is Rs 6,00 so if you are taking admission here be fully prepared for exams.
Other: Teachers are very qualified and are supportive, except for some teachers. There are fests, annual functions, etc.

Nice campus with sports facilities available.
Placements: Sudents in the mechanical branch have a very low chance of placement, less than 10% . The average package here is 3 to 4 LPA. HPPWD and some other government as well as private companies come here. Junior engineer and clerk are the main roles offered.
Infrastructure: In the college department, Wi-Fi is available. The labs are well maintained and classrooms are clean. Library is available but not accessible all the time. The hostel facilities is below average. Infrastructure is good but takes a lot of time for repair.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful and qualified. Their teaching quality is average, but they assist students in every way possible. The course curriculum is relevant, and students are well-prepared for upcoming challenges. The semester exams have moderate difficulty, however, some subjects like Maths have a very low passing percentage.
Other: Mechanical engineering provides me with knowledge and support for making machines. The college organise technical and sports events from time to time.

The campus is bigger and more beautiful compared to other colleges.
Placements: Very few students get placed. Companies visit for placements, but only a few students get selected. The average package is around 5 LPA. HPPWD and some other companies are the top recruiters. Junior Engineer is the most common role. Suppose there are 70 students in a class; only 5 to 10 students get internships because of their low grades.
Infrastructure: The facilities are good; Wi-Fi, labs, and classrooms are all nice and well-maintained. The hostel quality is average, and the food is also average. However, repairs take a lot of time. To pursue sports, one can use the cricket nets or the basketball court on campus.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful and have a good nature. The semester exams are of a moderate level. However, there is a lack of faculty in this college. Except for the Civil branch, the other branches seem to have a shortage of faculty. But in the Civil branch, the teachers are nice and helpful, and they take classes regularly.
Other: I chose this course to earn a degree that will help me secure a placement. I am also interested in the government sector.

Review of Rajiv Gandhi Government Engineering College.
Placements: The college provides many placement options for students in the private sector. Many companies come for campus placement and provide packages ranging from 3-10 LPA based on our skills. They also hire for paid internships based on the entrance exam and interview. Roles offered are electronic engineering, embedded engineering, etc.
Infrastructure: Each department has its own block consisting of Wi-Fi and labs. The college has common areas like a library, gym, and a sports ground. The canteen provides 3 time meals for students at fair price. The college has one block named lecture hall where all the classes are taken by all departments.
Faculty: Teachers are all helpful, well-qualified, and knowledgeable. They are good at their teaching work. The course provides two training programs of 1 and 4 months, which is very helpful in industrial exposure. The college has two mid-term exams per semester and a final semester exam.
Other: I have a great interest in engineering so I chose it. My college is government so it is very affordable. Events, fests, sports tournaments, and dance competitions are organised. All important days are celebrated. As per the government, the college provides many scholarship opportunities for students.

It has absolutely good faculty members, a low placement rate, and good infrastructure, and facilitie
Placements: Mechanical students get the maximum placements as the placement officer is from this branch. The average package is 5 LPA. Students with above 7 CGPA are offered placements in top recruiting companies like Sonalika, HCL, etc. Other branches also got placements but few companies visit the college for them. Most students get internships at DRDO and similar organisations.
Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure of the college are very good. It has a beautiful campus. The whole campus is cameraless and Wi-Fi is also available. There are different blocks and buildings for each trade. The hostel is only available for 1st year and the mess food is good. There is a basketball, badminton court, and cricket net on the campus.
Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified and have a very deep understanding of their subjects. There are many students who have CGPA above 9 which shows the teaching quality. The electrical department has a shortage of faculty members, but that does not cause any difficulty in the learning process. The pass percent is low in 1st year, but from 2nd year, it increases.
Other: I chose this course because I got it. The best thing about this course is that it makes me happy. Events and fests are held in odd semesters every year and students enjoy that. There are about 1200 students in the college. Scholarships are also available for deserving students. Extracurricular activities are also held regularly.
