The BTech Mechanical Engineering syllabus is not the same across all colleges, as every college committee sets a particular coursework pattern at the start of every academic year to be followed for the respective batch. Yes, HIET accepts the HITSEEE entrance examination for admission to BSc courses. HITSEEE stands for Hindustan Institute of Technology Engineering Entrance Exam, this exam is conducted by Hindustan Institute of Technology and Engineering to get admissions in their undergraduate and other programmes.
