RECM - The Most Underrated College of UP.

Placements: Almost 60% of students were placed in our batch of 2015-2019 in the Civil Engineering domain. The highest package offered was 8 LPA, and the lowest was 3.2 LPA. The median was 5.5 LPA. Prism Cement, Ultratech Cement, and L&T Construction were the top recruiters. Almost 15% of students got shortlisted for the L&T Young Fellowship program, and 4 of them received PPOs. The top roles offered were BIM Engineer, Estimation and Costing Associate, and Site Supervisors.

Infrastructure: The newly constructed building has 24*7 Wi-Fi access with a speed of 200 Mbps. The classrooms are well-equipped with digital boards and air conditioning. The new labs are equipped with the latest technical instruments for almost all subjects. The hostel is well-ventilated with a capacity of 800 students per hostel. The food quality is moderate, with an affordable canteen offering good quality food. There are gyms, a badminton court, a basketball court, and a football ground available.

Faculty: The professors are qualified with M.Tech from IITs and IISc. They are young, and passionate, and provide proper guidance for real-time job skills. The curriculum is a bit old, but the professors guide you on the latest available technologies and train you as per market demands. Semester exams are moderate; one can easily pass if they are thorough with regular class notes.

Other: I had an interest in Mechanics since school days, so I chose Civil Engineering. The best thing about the course is that you can test what you have studied in classes, whether it is foundation design or superstructure design. Frequent industrial and site visits could be improved here. Additionally, there is independence to pursue subjects like CADD design in the curriculum. Abhivyanjana is the annual fest, and the campus crowd is amazing. A con is that it is a bit distant from Mainpuri town. Various literary clubs, sports meets, and fests are there.

Absolutely satisfied because of everything. I would definetly recommend this college.

Placements: On my campus the biggest placement till now is 15 LPA. Here companies like birla cement and many more come for civil engineering branch and for business analyst gradeup Amazon, Byju's come with the package of 30 LPA. In my college the training and placement cell is working hard for students to bring many companies for college placement.

Infrastructure: In my college, There are 3 boys hostels and 1 girls hostel situated right behind college building. All the labs with full facilities are available here with highly educated faculty and lab assistants. Classroom with smart boards and full college with good Wi-Fi connection available here. In the campus reading room, library, canteen, stationary, medical facilities also available. Food is quite good in comparison to other hostels in hostel mess .

Faculty: Faculty here are highly educated and helpful with high teaching experience. The quality of teaching is good. All faculty are well educated and highly supportive. Yes! Through various labs and experiments this college prepare students industry ready. The semester exams are quite simple format of you study and revise well for exams and the pass percentage here is like 40 percentage in each subjects including internals and externals.

Other: There are many clubs to participate like technical club and cultural club. Here the scholarship provided by UP government.

Our college was established in 2015, and the rank of college in the result is 1st in all RECs.

Placements: About 40% of the students got placed. The highest salary package offered is 5.5 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is about 4.5 LPA. The Prism Cement company recruited 5 students from the civil branch. Many other companies also visit here for other branches of B.Tech. Many offers are also given to students.

Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure of our college are excellent. In our college, Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms and library are established in a standard manner. In our college, facilities of pharmacy, gym and canteen are provided, and these all facilities are achieved in 1-2 years.

Faculty: In our college, teachers are well-qualified, knowledgeable and most helpful. They have better teaching and explaining quality, and they prepared us for a better industrial field. All teachers are decent, helpful and supportive.

Other: I have chosen civil engineering course because of the opportunities in this course.

Absolutely satisfied with the college. Infrastructure and facilities are really good.

Placements: Our college was established in 2015, and the 2015-2019 batch is in their final year now. Training and placement cell of our college is active, and they are trying to place all the students of the first batch. Faculty members are active, and they work hard for the college to get the best position in our state.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi facility is available on the campus. A communication lab, library, CAD lab, CAM lab, advanced simulation lab, sports facilities, pharmacy, canteen, and gym are available on the campus. The quality of canteen is good, and our hostel rooms are well maintained. I didn't face any infrastructure related issues during my tenure at the college.

Faculty: All the teachers are helpful, and they help us all the time. All the teachers are well educated, qualified and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is the best. However, I didn't get any industry exposure. The course curriculum is useful. But as the teachers are changing their teaching methods frequently, students are facing a lot of problems.

Other: Events, sports fest, and annual fest, etc., are organised on the campus. The college also provides scholarships.

That's a great college u have to visit once.

Placements: The teachers was very humble and they treat students like friends I love my college And the college food was soo tasty? 65 percentage students allowed 70 percentage students got internship The highest package offered is 2lakh And the lowest packege is 75000.

Infrastructure: It's has 50+ room 4 + washrooms Lunch and breakfast also The food quality is so good? There are two types of mess in the college 1 veg 2 non veg And the Wi-Fi is so good? And there is a medical room also And every Friday they managed a game period.

Faculty: I love it They have very well educated staff The teachers are very humble And there is a man named sarita she is treating you like a mother So difficult samester but teacher are always ready to help you They managed extra class for weak students.

Other: I want to be en engineering that's why I choose this course And the best part is my course is my buddy's they always help me.

Candidates must have passed class 12th/equivalent examination in 2020, 2021 or appearing in 2022. There is no age limit for the candidates.
