Step 2: Selection Rounds: RBMI admissions are both merit and entrance-based. To secure a seat in courses such as BBA, BCA, BCom, etc., candidates are offered direct admission based on their scores obtained in the last qualifying exams of their previous education. Further, for admission to DPharma, BSc and B.Ed courses, the institute either conducts an aptitude test or accepts scores of UPJEE, respectively. Moreover, a PI round is also conducted for the selection of candidates for BSc courses.

Step 3: Final Admission: Once all the selection rounds are completed, the institute releases merit lists with the names of the selected candidates. Candidates whose names appeared on the merit list will have to pay a certain amount of course fee to secure their seat.

I am thankful to RBMI, Greater Noida, for helping start my career.

Placements: The placements are excellent. Many companies such as Airtel, TVS and various banks such as IDFC, Kotak, etc., visit the campus every year. 70% of the students get placed very easily. I was offered a package of 3.6 Lacs per annum. I am highly thankful to RBMI placement officer, Mr Kushagra Bhardwaj, for helping me get placed.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good. All the required amenities are available for learning. The campus is Wi-Fi enabled. The hostel has all the facilities, and the food quality is decent and tasty. All kinds of sports events are organised every year, such as cricket, volleyball, and badminton.

Faculty: The faculty members are very supportive, and the teaching methodology is great. With the help of presentations, interactive learning exposure is provided. The course curriculum is according to CCS University, and I must say the teaching of most of the faculty members is very good.

Other: Scholarships are provided to the students with above 80% marks.

I'm highly dissatisfied with facilities, faculty & placements. I suggest you choose RBMI, Bareilly.

Placements: I got 58% aggregate in my course. The highest salary of Rs. 20,000 per month is offered for experienced teachers, while for higher authority, i.e., for a director, the salary offered may be more than Rs. 30,000 per month. Genpact and TeamLease are two MNCs which offered placements during our tenure. In our course, the salary package of 1.5 LPA was provided by Genpact. Internships were not provided by our college during my tenure.

Infrastructure: Jio network Wi-Fi facility with only 50 Mb data is provided by our college. Our college has a computer lab, classrooms without air-conditioners and a library where there are books with outdated information. Our college doesn't have a canteen or cafeteria, sports teacher and also extracurricular activities.

Faculty: Some teachers here were well qualified during my tenure, but their quality of teaching was not much good. The course curriculum doesn't make students industry-ready. During my tenure, the syllabus of one subject was not completed because there was no teacher for that subject. Teachers will change after every semester.

Other: I want to know more about the field of management, so I have chosen this course. There are many best things in this course, but our college administration makes all things waste and doesn't utilise them well. I suggest our college to improve mainly marketing skills, accounting and entrepreneurship skills of the students of our course. Only 1-2 industrial visits are conducted during our entire course tenure. Every year our college administration organises Techmania fest and Management fest. Scholarships are provided.
