Strong academic environment and infrastructure, but placement support needs enhancement at MSRIT.
Placements: Students were offered more than 1600 offers; most of them were placed and some went for higher studies or exams like CAT, etc. The highest package was 24 LPA (international) and the average was 10 LPA in mechanical branch. The roles offered were almost on core .
Infrastructure: Classrooms are good labs have a lot of facilities; the library is good and is open till 11 p.m. for exams; support facilities are average. They have a ground for football, cricket, and volleyball; badminton court; basketball court; and a tennis court. Basketball and tennis courts are synthetic .
Faculty: Teachers are well qualified, and most of them have Ph.D. degrees from prestigious colleges. They are helpful with studies and help them know things better some of the professors are not that good in electives but mechanical teachers are good. Exams are easy and not that difficult to pass. Most of the students pass.

Honest Students View of the college.
Placements: The placement percentage is pretty good here. The highest CTC offered this year is around 40 LPA, and that number may increase. Every year, more than 200 companies visit the college, including Amazon, Flipkart, and Microsoft, making more than 1,000 offers.
Infrastructure: Other colleges in Bengaluru have very small campuses. This college has a relatively large campus, with enough space to house different branches in separate blocks, along with hostels, a canteen, and other facilities. There is no space issue, and there is a separate block for mechanical labs, as it requires large machinery to teach students.
Faculty: The faculty here are well experienced, giving students an advantage as they can guide them smoothly through the course. They focus more on topics that require extra attention. They also have connections in top institutions across India, which can be useful for pursuing a research career.

MS Ramaiah Institute of Technology honest review about the ECE department.
Placements: I did my B.Tech in the ECE department. The placement information given on the website is completely fake. Only 20% of the class was placed. Most of the placement offers were taken by the CS/IS department. The highest is 48 LPA, but only one got placed in that, and the lowest is 1 LPA. Companies like Oracle, Texas Instruments, etc., are top companies.
Infrastructure: Facilities are quite good; the library has a large amount of study materials. Some professors are extremely good. The tutorial system is a scam, and the proctor whom I got was extremely rude and did not give a chance to take up any internships. They were never useful for us.
Faculty: Not every faculty member is very knowledgeable. The curriculum is good, but practical experience is not so good. The curriculum does include many electives for us to choose from, which is a good thing for us to take up the course of our choice. There won't be any industrial visits.
Other: Please don't believe the official website information; it is completely false.

B.E. in Instrumentation Technology (Lateral Entry) - Batch of 2027

I am satisfied with ramaiah as a college.
Placements: About 80 percent of students get placed. The highest package is 1.5 crore pa, the lowest package is 3 LPA and the average package is 6 LPA. Ibm, myntra ect are the top recruiting companies. Many students get the opportunity to do internship. It, electronics, instrumentation, semiconductor industry.
Infrastructure: We have Wi-Fi, AC labs, non AC classrooms, AC libraries with all the books that are needed. The quality of the hostel facilities are not great, the mess food is not very good, but the canteen food is good. The sports and games facilities are not of ample amount but enough. Medical facilities are good as there is a hospital in walking distance.
Faculty: The teachers are helpful, qualified as all of them have a Ph.D. degree and are knowledgeable. The teaching quality varies from teacher to teacher but mostly good. I am still in first year so I've not yet reached the relevant part of my course but ramaiah is quite modern and is always keeping in touch with the new technology. The sem exams are easily passable.
Other: I was interested in studying about electronics and instrumentation so I opted for this course. I wish we had better teaching methods and exposure. We do not have many fests, the connectivity is good, there are many scholarship opportunities.

All about Ramaiah Institute of technology.
Placements: In my course, 90-95% people were placed. The highest package was 48LPA by UiPath and 2 people secured it, the lowest offer was around 3-4LPA, and the average was around 6-7LPA for ECE. The top recruiting companies were Oracle and Natwest which recruited a total of 40 people. The top roles offered in my course were software developer engineer. Almost 20-30 % of people got an internship in their 3rd and 4th year.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi, labs, classroom, and library are all pretty good. They give you free Wi-Fi and the labs have all the facilities. The library has an online library too, where you can access online books and the main library is huge with computers. The mess food is not that good but you get food 4 times a day. The sports facilities are good, they have a football ground, cricket nets, a badminton court, a long tennis court, a football court, table tennis, and a gym. They conduct competitions too for sports.
Faculty: Faculty members are average. The ECE faculty members are a bit strict and teaching quality is average. Not impressive. Students are not made that industry-ready in my branch and they focus on theoretical knowledge more. Semester exams are not that hard. We've 3 exams in total. 2 internals, and one-semester exam at the end of each semester. 90-95% of the students pass.
Other: KCET exams give value for money as their fee is only around 80K per month. Whereas, the COMEDK exam fee is around 3 Lakhs. However, KCET exams can not be given by everyone and you've to satisfy the criteria like being from Karnataka.
