Satisfied in terms of placement and infrastructure, but lacking in teaching.
Placements: The placements arrive at the end of the 6th semester. They regularly conduct hackathons and events to improve our resumes. About 80% of students get placed in the previous year. Of these, about 20% get a CTC above 15 LPA. The highest package awarded is 49 LPA from De Shaw and Co. The lowest CTC is around 5–6 LPA. If 100 students get placed, then only about 10 gain permanent positions, while others have to undergo internships and then get permanent positions. Top recruiting companies are IBM, De Shaw and Co., JP Morgan, Accenture, Infosys, etc.
Infrastructure: The library and hostel facilities are pretty good. Wi-Fi is available 24/7. Teachers and lab facilities are very good. They make use of Lenovo systems with i7 processors. The library consists of all the books required for the semesters. The infrastructure is good. The quality of the hostel is average, but the price is very low, so the quality is manageable.
Faculty: The curriculum is designed to help us achieve placements, except for the 1st year, where the syllabus consists of many irrelevant subjects. The other years pretty much provide the foundation for our resumes and prepare us for industry standards. The semester exams are moderate, neither easy nor tough. We can easily get the grades required for placements. When it comes to teachers, they are not good. Only around 50% of teachers are good. The quality of teaching is average.
Other: CSE offers high variability when considering jobs, which is why I chose it. They should improve the syllabus of the 1st year. They conduct small-scale events regularly and two main events each year. Tech Fest, which includes events to showcase skills, and Udbhav, which includes dance, singing, and cultural events.

My review of this college.
Placements: Placement and job opportunities are good. There is a separate placement cell in the college that looks into placement work and arranges on-campus placements. The college brings many companies to provide internship opportunities and conducts placements. Recruiting companies are Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Uber, Flipkart, TCS, Wipro, Infosys, etc. They provide core or multi-core packages, with average packages varying between 3 LPA to 5 LPA and the highest is 30 LPA-35 LPA, depending on students' experience and knowledge, companies offer packages. Almost 90 percent of students got placed. Companies conduct interviews and practical tests for the selection of students.
Infrastructure: There are separate hostels for girls and boys. There are a lot of facilities provided by the college in the hostels, like water supply, security, proper environment, and good mess facility. The mess provides very good quality and hygienic food and has separate charges for hostel and mess food.
Faculty: The faculty of the college is good and they help students all the time. They encourage students to push their limits and explore new things, and they help with the current subject that they are assigned to teach. Most of them have Ph.D. Degrees and have vast knowledge on their respective subjects. A semester examination system is followed where there are two semesters in each year. Consists of a mid-semester exam and end semester exam. There are marks for practical exams, and a viva is conducted by external examiners, and the exam level is moderate you need to study well to pass. The course curriculum is wonderful. It keeps updating the curriculum according to the present syllabus. The course curriculum is good, and they offer us the opportunity to understand the topics in detail. It covers all the required topics that should be in a CSE course, and the teachers are well knowledgeable and teach us well.

My dream college to study in.
Placements: Placements are top-notch. I myself am placed in ORACLE with a whopping 13 LPA. It is definitely very good for placement offers and study.
Infrastructure: The college hostel is like a five-star hotel. You get a premium level of living inside the college premises. The food is very good. Campus is well-architected and equipped with Wi-Fi. There are top-notch labs for practical learning. The library also has access to numerous books.
Faculty: Here in our college, faculty members are well-experienced in their careers, which is important. They teach everything needed in this modern era. You will definitely experience IIT- and NIT-level teaching, guidance, and support.
Other: Excellent in terms of infrastructure, facilities, management, and teaching. Everything is well maintained.

Good campus/college. Our campus is very well maintained in terms of rules and attendance.
Placements: Around 85-90% of students are placed in the ECE branch. 50 LPA is the highest, and 7.6 LPA is the lowest. Top recruiting companies include Texas Instruments, IBM, Oracle, etc. Around 10 to 15 students only got internships in Samsung, Intel, Nokia, TI, etc. Roles include embedded systems engineer, VLSI design engineer.
Infrastructure: Good Wi-Fi, well-maintained labs, and good classrooms. There are around 4 to 5 libraries available. There is no non-veg food provided in our hostel, only veg, and the quality of that is good. Our campus has its own ground, where we mostly play football, cricket, and hockey.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, but not all; some of them are. However, all teachers are well-knowledgeable. Their teaching is good. The course makes students industry-level ready, not fully, but partially. They are very strict, but the teaching is good, so almost all students pass every semester, except for 5 to 10 students.

MSRIT is a pretty decent college with good placements, an average crowd, and a small campus.
Placements: The placements are pretty decent, actually. Many big companies come to the college to recruit, for example, Microsoft, NVIDIA, HPE, IBM, Accenture, TCS, Wipro, Swiggy, Texas Instruments, etc. Being in Bangalore provides an advantage as it is a tech hub.
Infrastructure: The campus is quite small, I would say, but it is in the heart of the city, which is a big advantage. The hostel is actually good compared to the price point; for freshers, boys it’s 1 lakh. Compared to other COMEDK colleges, its hostels are cheaper and better.
Faculty: The faculty is actually good; most of them hold Ph.D. degrees and are highly qualified. As for some departments, the faculty members are very strict regarding attendance and all. There are two internal exams whose average is taken and one semester-end exam. The curriculum is also updated as per NEP.

The campus life is peaceful.
Placements: Presently, I am in my second year, so I am not yet placed, but when I started my second year, our HOD informed us that almost 50 to 70 students who were entering for the year were placed, and they had good starting packages. The highest package went up to 40 LPA during that time.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is not as great as that of the newly built college, as MSRIT has been around for many years, but the labs are well maintained. The classrooms are neat and clean. But as the rumour says, the campus is under construction every time, and some classrooms need maintenance.
Faculty: Most of the faculty in our branch is helpful and supportive. They encourage us to participate in various events taking place around the college campus, but some of them are less encouraging, and they also avoid the announcements of events during class hours.

RVCE remains the top choice for placements, but PES University (Ring Road Campus) has overtaken MSRIT and BMSCE in recent years specifically for Computer Science Engineering (CSE) packages and tech hiring. Don't just go by name, check recent placement data too.
