Satisfied in terms of placement and infrastructure, but lacking in teaching.

Faculty: The curriculum is designed to help us achieve placements, except for the 1st year, where the syllabus consists of many irrelevant subjects. The other years pretty much provide the foundation for our resumes and prepare us for industry standards. The semester exams are moderate, neither easy nor tough. We can easily get the grades required for placements. When it comes to teachers, they are not good. Only around 50% of teachers are good. The quality of teaching is average.

My review of this college.

Faculty: The faculty of the college is good and they help students all the time. They encourage students to push their limits and explore new things, and they help with the current subject that they are assigned to teach. Most of them have Ph.D. Degrees and have vast knowledge on their respective subjects. A semester examination system is followed where there are two semesters in each year. Consists of a mid-semester exam and end semester exam. There are marks for practical exams, and a viva is conducted...

My dream college to study in.

Faculty: Here in our college, faculty members are well-experienced in their careers, which is important. They teach everything needed in this modern era. You will definitely experience IIT- and NIT-level teaching, guidance, and support.

Good campus/college. Our campus is very well maintained in terms of rules and attendance.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, but not all; some of them are. However, all teachers are well-knowledgeable. Their teaching is good. The course makes students industry-level ready, not fully, but partially. They are very strict, but the teaching is good, so almost all students pass every semester, except for 5 to 10 students.

MSRIT is a pretty decent college with good placements, an average crowd, and a small campus.

Faculty: The faculty is actually good; most of them hold Ph.D. degrees and are highly qualified. As for some departments, the faculty members are very strict regarding attendance and all. There are two internal exams whose average is taken and one semester-end exam. The curriculum is also updated as per NEP.

The campus life is peaceful.

Faculty: Most of the faculty in our branch is helpful and supportive. They encourage us to participate in various events taking place around the college campus, but some of them are less encouraging, and they also avoid the announcements of events during class hours.

MSRIT-College is innovative and makes you industry-ready.

Faculty: Faculty and curriculum are good according to what the course is about, but some subjects are not. Well, the exams are according to what is taught, and you can ace them if you study properly, and you have to learn yourself for being industry-ready and not everything is done by the course.

Overall, a good experience.

Faculty: Faculty in colleges is good. Talking about the 1st year, they are helpful. Also, they take doubts in Hindi if someone does not understand. They provide you with material to ace exams. The semester exams are at a pretty good level. The pass percentage is around 85 percent, and the maximum is good marks.

Satisfied with the teaching of the college, as it's average to good.

Faculty: Curriculum is good and up-to-date and relevant. Teachers are good. Some are good, and some are average, like in every other college. Exams have average to high-level of difficulty, but you will be able to pass. The percentage is approximatly 80% for a class, but most students pass the exam.

Placements and faculty are good, but few extracurricular activities.

Faculty: The faculty at MSRIT is knowledgeable and approachable with many professors having strong industry and research backgrounds. They explain concepts clearly and support students through projects and doubt sessions ensuring solid academic guidance and mentorship.

Good placements in 2025, decent faculty for the first year, and a decent college.

Faculty: I have not given the first semester exam yet, so I don’t know when I will give it. I will share later, but I heard it is moderate to difficult for first-year students. The course curriculum is good and relevant. Teachers are helpful. Some teachers are very good, but some are average, like in every other college. Faculty is helpful.

Satisfied with placement, facilities, and teaching.

Faculty: Teachers in MSRIT are knowledgeable and helpful. They are ready to reach outside classroom and teach you about more application-based topics. The course curriculum is relevant, and it makes students industry-ready. Semester exams are not hard if you study well throughout the year. The pass percentage is around 80% as of this year.

The infrastructure and campus life are really good.

Faculty: Teachers are qualified and knowledgeable. The course curriculum is relevant to the industry. The passing percentage is above 90%. Assignments are project-oriented. Evaluation is based on the project and presentation skills, which help to overcome stage fear. More importance is given to practical experience.

Review about RIT and college life.

Faculty: As our college is autonomous, most of our exams happen on our campus itself. The question paper is set by every student's level of understanding of the subject. Our college has a strict rule of maintaining 85% attendance for the entire semester to be eligible to write internals and semester exams.

Average placement as well as college life.

Faculty: I am currently in my second semester. The internal exams are not very difficult; you can prepare easily by studying 4-5 days before the exams and 10-12 days before the semester ends. The teachers are somewhat okay, depending on which one you get—some are very helpful.

The faculty overall in RIT is decent. Obviously there are some needles in a haystack. But that is everywhere, even in the leading institutions such as NITs, IIITs and IITs. Most of the faculty members here are supportive, lenient and all of them are either Ph.D. holders or pursuing their Ph.D. right

RVCE remains the top choice for placements, but PES University (Ring Road Campus) has overtaken MSRIT and BMSCE in recent years specifically for Computer Science Engineering (CSE) packages and tech hiring. Don't just go by name, check recent placement data too.
