College is good overall, just try to stay away from politics and always try to develop skills.
Placements: The average package for the year 2024-25 is 7.5 LPA which is not very good or not very bad. More than 120 students got placed mostly from economics honsa nd B.Com. hons. Other courses don't have a very high placement rate but either way it mostly depends on your skill level.
Infrastructure: In terms of infrastructure, it has one of the largest campuses in whole north campus with a well-furnished auditorium and amphitheatre. But the canteen is bad, zero network connectivity, poor classroom conditions in old building and of course whole campus without ACs. So, overall it's 3 star.
Faculty: All teachers are highly qualified and experienced. Some may have a little bit of ego but it's manageable. The curriculum for my course is really relevant and does make industry-ready. But it comes with a drawback which is our overall curriculum is really difficult which makes the exams even more difficult. So choose it wisely.

Ramjas in a single snapshot – placements, faculty members, crowd.
Placements: The placement is decent. The highest package went up to 22 LPA, and the average is around 6 LPA. The internship is also decent, with a lot of opportunities coming to the campus through the placement cell. The top roles offered are in auditing and finance. The top company is Deloitte.
Infrastructure: The hostel is good but the hostel is currently under renovation. The overall infrastructure is good, meeting all the requirements but the lab is outdated in terms of technology (laptop). The canteen tender is currently undergoing a change and will soon have a new tender but the current one is not that good.
Faculty: The course is very relevant to the internships available in the market. The semester exams are not difficult, but sometimes guest teachers are not allotted on time, which leads to a delay in the overall preparation. The pass percentage is 50%, and the exam difficulty level is moderate.
Other: College life is quite good, especially the societies. They are very active, and I don’t regret my course selection.

Ramjas College: Not quite what I expected.
Placements: Placements are decent. Top recruiters include Deloitte, EY, and KPMG. The highest package is 15 LPA-18 LPA, and the average is 6 LPA-8 LPA. The lowest package is 3 LPA-4 LPA. Many secured internships at EY, Deloitte, and startups in finance, consulting, and analytics roles.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi facility is very poor in hostel. Food related concerns are prevalent among students. Canteen is also in bad state. Library is somewhat doable. However, classrooms could've been maintained better. The college needs infrastructure improvement.
Faculty: Faculty members are not as I expected. Most teachers are contractual. Some have little to no knowledge and read slides in class. Teaching quality is average. Course curriculum is relevant but not industry-ready. Semester exams are easy and have a high pass percentage.
Other: B.Com (Hons) provides decent career opportunities. It is the most sought-after course on the North campus especially in DU. My dream was to get into SRCC however I ended up in Ramjas. I believe the course itself is very rewarding for students. However, if they wish to reap its benefits they have to strive harder not depending upon college for internships. DU has lots of events and fests, I've seen more craze for fests and gatherings than regular lectures among students. Scholarships are only provided for extremely poor or reserved categories. No benefit for the middle class.

Ramjas, lion of North campus, is a college with utmost energy and dedication to causes that matter.
Placements: Placements are good here, average package remains around 6-7 LPA with placements mostly limited to B.Com and economics courses, with some placements in states and maths courses. Companies come for analyst and consulting, finance, audit, and taxation roles, with students getting adequate opportunities because of our placement cell.
Infrastructure: Classrooms do not have AC, though they are well ventilated with large windows and fans. college's new building is equipped with lifts, and water coolers are present at various places. Library and computer labs come with AC and laptops for practical purposes, infrastructure is decent.
Faculty: Most teachers teach and respond when students ask for help, they take internal assessment seriously, and give out grades and attendance as well. Teachers sometimes cancel classes but later make up for them, too, and they're also kind enough to let students enjoy other aspects of college as well by giving them a break.
Other: College crowd is good with diverse people with varying interests and ambitions.

Absolutely disqualified. You have to study properly.
Placements: I don’t think it is a good college when we talk about placements. Its B.Com (Hons) course only has placements, other courses don’t have placements. It has a placement cell called Pinnacle, which is active but not very successful. I think Venkateshwar College is far better than Ramjas.
Infrastructure: Ramjas does not have Wi-Fi facilities available; it has Wi-Fi only in the college library. Ramjas does not have hostel facilities available, so students have to find their own living space. There is one canteen, which is also not very good but offers affordable food.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified, and very knowledgeable. The course is also relevant, but what makes it worse is that it does not have proper lectures and a timetable. It is not difficult to pass semester exams in Ramjas, and attendance is also not very important.
Other: Its campus is very good, and the crowd is very diverse. It has a very good gym, which many colleges lack. Extracurricular activities are also organized daily in the college.

Good faculty, lacks quality infrastructure, and needs to improve on placement.
Placements: About 50% of students who applied got placed in the campus placements. Some companies offered placement above 10 lacs per annum, but most were around 6-8 lacs per annum. Internships were not very good, except for the summer internship opportunities provided by the university.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is not very good. Wi-Fi rarely works, even though there is no adequate mobile network on campus, department rooms even lack basic facilities like fans and proper seating arrangements. The library is good. The canteen lacks food quality and variety.
Faculty: Teachers in the economics department are good and resourceful. The course curriculum is mostly relevant, with some exceptions to the theory paper. Semester exams are mostly easy to pass, with almost every student passing the exams. There are some issues with the exam paper at the end, but those are from the university side.
