The college lays emphasis upon the quality improvement of SC/ST sections by
providing the education without constraints. Economically weaker students and other
backward classes are identified during admission and fee concessions are accordingly
granted for them. They are entitled to avail the scholarships provided by the Government.

Management is supporting the economically weaker section students by providing fee concession. The college makes arrangement for availing both private scholarships like Community based Scholarships, and scholarships for meritorious students from various trusts and Government scholarships like Adi Dravidar Welfare Scholarship, Backward and Most Backward classes Welfare Scholarship, Tamil Nadu Educational Trust Scholarship, National Merit Scholarship, Special Merit Scholarship, Minority Scholarship, Physically Challenged Welfare Scholarship, Tamil Nadu National Foundation for Teachers Welfare Scholarship, Farmers Scholarship, First graduate scholarship for the students.
