Strong curriculum, excellent teachers, good placements, and supportive campus life at SBJ College.
Placements: I am from the 2024 CSE batch at SB Jain. About 85% of students got placed, with packages ranging from 3 LPA to 12 LPA and an average of 5.5 LPA. Top recruiters are Infosys, TCS, and Wipro. Nearly 70% of students secured internships at IBM and Capgemini in roles like software developer and data analyst.
Infrastructure: Campus has spacious classrooms with projectors, Wi-Fi, updated computer labs, and large library, hostels secure accommodation, decent mess food, medical aid, and good sports facilities. It has grounds and gym. It ensures a supportive, academic, and living environment.
Faculty: Faculty members are highly qualified, supportive, knowledgeable, and deliver quality teaching with practical insights. The curriculum is up-to-date and industry-relevant. Preparing students well for the job market. Semester exams are moderately challenging with an average pass percentage of around 90%.
Other: I chose CSE for its strong curriculum and good placements. Faculty members and practical learning are excellent. Our campus has vibrant and good connectivity. Scholarship enhance campus life. I wish for better Wi-Fi and more advanced labs. But overall, it's a supportive and growth-focused environment.

A really good college with good placements.
Placements: About 85% of students got placed in my course. The highest package offered is 12 LPA, the lowest is 3 LPA, and the average package is 4.2 LPA. Companies like HCLTech, TCS, Infosys, Infocept, Persistent, and Perficient are the top recruiters. Approximately 50% of students secured off-campus internships. Top roles offered include software engineer, data analyst, full stack developer, and QA tester.
Infrastructure: Facilities at the campus are good; Wi-Fi is available. The canteen offers healthy food, and medical facilities are provided. Classrooms are fully modern. The institute provides grounds and courts for cricket, football, basketball, volleyball, and lawn tennis, as well as a swimming pool.
Faculty: Teachers are cooperative, well-qualified with many holding postgraduate and doctoral degrees, and knowledgeable. Semester exams are at a moderate level. Regular guest lectures and workshops by industry experts also add to the learning experience. Regular assessment and continuous evaluation help track student progress.

Faculty members are pretty strict but good.
Placements: The placement providing in our college is usually started around when you are in your 3rd and final year many good trustable companies visit the campus for recruiting students companies like TCS, wipro, amazon, Capgemini etc. Visits our college around 28 students were placed in TCS for the highest placement of 120000 and average of 400000 internships are also provided by the college for specially female students right from the 2nd year of college so that students can gain experience and train for industry level work.
Infrastructure: All the basic amenities are provided by our college in our department, such as a central library with all types of informative books and a good, studious, silent environment to study. Wi-Fi facilities are also provided all over the campus, including in classrooms and libraries. Classrooms are pretty big, and each classroom has projectors for visual learners. The infrastructure of our college is very lush, green, and peaceful. For hostel students, facilities like the mess are provided to have lunch. They provide healthy food every day, which is not expensive and is very affordable.
Faculty: The faculty members are the best part of our college and our department especially as they all are highly experienced and knowledgeable in their fields which helps the students to gain a good amount of knowledge the faculty members are not very strict and pretty hill when it comes to studies theyll help you out whenever you are facing any difficulties! The exams are taken very seriously in our college and taken very strictly they are not that hard there are only based on the things you studied throughout the semester.
Other: The college is very good when it comes to academics and rn the placements must not be the highest but it sure will improve in the future also when it comes to events and fests the events are held by different departments in our college tike to time like hackathons, overnight hackathons, different talent showcasing competition, ideathons etc. The biggest fest which is held by the college is Technostav which is a week long fest held by the college during the month of february technostav is held by all of the departments in our college.

The college itself isn't too bad; however, it was not my first pick.
Placements: Placements in SB Jain are very difficult to crack. There are minimal and low-level recruiting companies that come to the campus to provide jobs. If you want a job, it is suggested to get one off-campus. There are still companies which come to SB Jain for placement, and last year, there were students who secured a 12 LPA package from SB Jain.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is pretty good. Since I joined the college in 2022, it has been improving a lot, especially from the inside. SB Jain has two big grounds for students to play on and a big parking lot, etc. About the canteen, the food isn't too great. Sports events are organized for students. Labs are 6/10, and the Wi-Fi speed is lower than a snail. The library is pretty good, and classrooms are average.
Faculty: Teachers are usually good, unlike a few. Teachers do have knowledge and may help you a lot, but also, keeping a good relationship with teachers can help you in many ways. Teaching is done on projectors and boards combined. The college itself isn't enough; you need to learn skills yourself. Semester exam difficulty varies from student to student; however, compared to colleges like YCCE, exams are not too difficult. You get a 60-marks exam and 6 units; from each unit, you'll get 4 questions (2 or 2, totaling 5 marks each).
Other: I chose the course Computer Science and Engineering since I was interested in this course and the future scope. If I met myself before choosing the course, I would tell myself to choose AIDS (Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning). Events are organized by seniors, and yes, there are scholarships.

Placements: I am currently in my third year. The placement preparation for outer campus is more skilled here. I belong to artificial intelligence and machine learning. I am from the very second batch here. Most of our seniors got placed in various companies from campus placements. The highest salary package offered this year is 8 LPA. Roles offered are data analyst, full-stack developer, and software developer. Also, 100% of students got internships from the college itself.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is very good. The college is spread over 13 acres of land. The library and classroom facilities are good. They have Wi-Fi but the signal strength is very weak. But HOD sir from our department supports us well. He guides us in various activities like ACM-ICPC, NPTEL Swayam, GATE, etc.
Faculty: Teachers are qualified but are not able to make us understand some of the concepts. The teaching quality is slightly poor. The course is absolutely related to the curriculum but they don't prepare students for the industry. The way of teaching here is slightly wrong. Semester exams are quite easier. If you study, you can easily get more than 9 CGPA. The pass percentage is about 92%. Now talking about faculty members genuinely, most of the faculty members don't teach properly. They use projectors and YouTube for students to make them understand the concept.
Other: I want to add that events are just fabulous. Overall you learn to lead and manage events actively.

Overall, the college is good, but regarding placements, there is no guarantee.
Placements: Placement offered by the college is less. The companies coming to the college are mostly for internships, which do not guarantee a job. No guarantee of placement is there. The average package is about 3 lakhs per annum. The highest went up to 10 lakhs per annum.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is fine for the college. But it can be better according to the needs of the college. The Wi-Fi provided is free and accessible to all, but it does not run at very good speed. The mess is not provided by the college. The canteen is good in the college. Sports are not done often.
Faculty: The faculty of the college is good. Faculty helps the students grow academically and mentally. Teachers are helpful in the college. The curriculum is hectic as there is an exam every month with internal and practical exams without covering the whole syllabus. But it is okay.
