A college with poor placements. It focuses only on academics.
Placements: Very few companies visited the college till now this year. Most of the sales and marketing companies visit the college. MNCs have not visited till now. Other than that, no company related to the domain visit here. It will come in the future. Overall, placements are poor this year.
Infrastructure: All necessary facilities are available, but not more than that. Sports are not promoted in this college. There is no Wi-Fi here. Our classrooms are average. The library is small and average. In summer, college feels like we're in an oven. That's all from my side.
Faculty: Regular classes are scheduled. The quality of the teaching is average. All faculty members pay more attention to theory knowledge only. Less practical knowledge is provided. Other than that, the teaching is good. Other than academics, nothing happened in this college.
Other: Only a few events are held in our college.

Dissatisfied with 2024 batch placement ratio.
Placements: Talking about the percentage of students placed every year, it is near about 40%. The highest package of this institute is 6 LPA, and the average package is 3 LPA, with the lowest package starting from 2 LPA. The companies for ECE are mostly software-based; very few companies come for hardware. Talking about companies visited, they include Proficient Nagpur, Nice Solution, Persistent, Blueberry, and many small-level companies. Near about 80% of students got internship stipends ranging from 5k-8k. Talking about roles, they include full-stack development, Salesforce development, sales, and marketing.
Infrastructure: The facilities for the mess are available and well-structured. Wi-Fi is available in every department, and there are well-equipped classrooms and a well-equipped library with all books available. This college does not provide hostel facilities, and the quality of the canteen food is amazing. All sports and games are available.
Faculty: The teaching quality is rated 4 out of 5, and most teachers are at the Ph.D. level. The curriculum of this college is relevant to industry purposes because this college is 100% autonomous, so you have the option to select your subjects based on your interest. The difficulty level of exams is moderate, and pass percentage is based on relative grading.
Other: I did not get the CSE branch, so I selected the ECE branch because it is 50% hardware and 50% software. We don't want improvement in the course; we wanted improvement in jobs in ECE. The annual fest name of this college is Technoutsav, organized by the college. If you belong to Maharashtra, then you are eligible for the MAHADBT scholarship.

Review of S B Jain Institute of Technology, Management and Research.
Placements: The placement ratio is less. According to Nagpur University, the placement ratio is decreasing after covid.
Infrastructure: The food served in the canteen is very good and healthy. It provides a variety of food items like South Indian, Chinese, etc. Our college provides facilities for sports and games like volleyball, cricket, etc. Our college has a separate ground for sports and other activities.
Faculty: The pass percentage is around 40%. It depends on the cut of subjects. We have a relative reading. The average CGPA of our class is around 8 CGPA. It is not easy to score good marks. The competition is high. If students break the rules and regulations, our college takes strict action.
Other: Through this course, we can learn about hardware and property of components. We can gain practical knowledge. Our college conducts an event named TechnoUtsav. It is organised every year in our college. It is held for 6 days. Different branches conduct a lot of events like dance, sports activities, etc. Students can achieve success in our college.

Absolutely satisfied because of faculty, infrastructure and facilities.
Placements: Around 86% of students get placed in companies. The highest package offered is about 14 LPA, and the minimum package is about 3 LPA. Many companies like Skill Vetex, TCS, Infosys, Tech Mahindra, etc., recruit students for software and hardware jobs. Around 70% of students got internships from Skill Vetex etc.
Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is good. Wi-Fi connection is available in every class, and also projectors are available for visual imagination. The library is well-maintained with 4,000 or more books. There is a hostel too. The food and hostel services are good. Medical facilities are available for primary treatment.
Faculty: Teachers are ready to help students. They are well qualified and knowledgeable in their field. They have teaching experience of 5 years. They also conduct curricular activities. They make sure that students get ready for industries. Semester exams are hard, and the pass percentage is average.
Other: The college offers many courses. The electronics subject is interesting to study. There are no events in the first year. Campus surroundings are good for studying.

Our college had good placements in 2022 and about 93% of students got placed.
Placements: About 90% of students get placed in companies. The minimum salary package offered is about 4 LPA and the maximum salary package offered is 12 LPA. About 60% of students got average salary packages of 8 LPA. Top recruiters are TCS, Infosys, Skill Vertex, etc. About 30% of students get internships from TCS and Skill Vertex. The managing director is the top role offered.
Infrastructure: There are good facilities of lab, classroom, and Wi-Fi on campus. There are hospital facilities nearby. The library is well maintained and has many books. The hostel has good facilities. Mess and canteen facilities are good. There is no sports competition in the first year while in other years, they are held on campus and also compete with other colleges also.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are always ready to help and they are well qualified. The course is very relevant to the industry. They make students ready for industries. They also take practice school to train them and increase their confidence. Semester exams are quite difficult to make students habitual to face difficulties.
Other: I like electronics so I chose it. It has wide range of research and also in this course, we can study subjects from other classes too. Use of modern software is necessary for better understanding. There is good connectivity between teachers and students.
