I am very much satisfied because of the college infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: After B.A., you can try giving government exams like UPSC and other exams because the subjects selected in B.A. offer a wide knowledge, such as subjects like history, geography, public administration, political science, and many more. They are beneficial for government exams.

Infrastructure: Good course, and the hostel is also good. The hostel provides all necessities which are required by the students, like hot water, separate rooms, and activities like a gym, a library, a canteen, and labs. The quality of the hostel is very good, and even the mess food is good.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful and well-qualified. Teachers help weak students and inspire them to attend the lectures, and also guide them about what to do or choose in the future to become successful. Semester examinations are neither as tough nor as easy.

Review of S.C.D. Government College, Ludhiana .

Placements: There is merit-based admission. If your percentage is 80 to 90% or higher, you will be assigned to the morning batch; if it is less, you will be assigned to the evening batch. There is also open counseling where you can get admission without merit. They give you a wise range of subjects that you can choose according to your preferences.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is good. Rooms are big. There might be issues with old rooms. The college has also completed 100 years after its establishment. There are two canteens where you can get Chinese and tea and coffee. The prices are very good. The environment at the college is very good.

Faculty: Teachers are well qualified. They are very helpful and well maintained. Semester exams are difficult if you do not study according to the syllabus of your course. Computer labs, science labs, libraries, sports grounds, hockey grounds, etc.—all facilities are available.

Welfare of the college is great.

Placements: SCD College has two batches: the morning batch and the evening batch. For the morning batch, a student should have at least scored 70 percent in +2 class and for the evening batch, a student should have scored a minimum of 50 percent in +2 class. The college also provides scholarships for students.

Infrastructure: They provide us all with facilities. The infrastructure of the class is also good. They provide vast varieties of books to students. The food quality available in the hostel mess and canteen is really great. There is a NCC course for students. They also have Bhangra classes.

Faculty: Teachers there are really helpful, supportive and well qualified. The teaching quality is great. The semester exams are not very tough. If we study problems, the exams are really easy. The pass percentage at SCD College is 30 percent to 40 percent.

Our college is good for financially weak students.

Placements: Placements are not available in our course. Our college provides placements for other courses.

Infrastructure: Our college is very old. Our college building, classrooms, library, and playground are well-maintained. Fans are not good. Classrooms are not well-ventilated. The food served in the canteen is good. It provides many food items.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified, and well-knowledgeable. Most of the teachers of evening classes do not conduct classes regularly. They do not provide proper information on exams and events.

Other: I chose this course because I want to do a job. Our teachers should conduct classes properly. Events are very enjoyable.

It is in the best location with the best infrastructure.

Placements: Placements are provided in our college by the best companies. It has a separate placement cell. Placement drives are organised every year. Every year, banks recruit students with good salary packages with promised increments, which makes the future secure.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good. There are air-conditioned rooms and digital boards to study. Our college has separate labs for different departments. Parking facility is provided for staff members and students. Hostels are good with proper water supply and lighting facilities.

Faculty: Teachers in our college are highly qualified, knowledgeable, and helpful to students whenever needed. The course curriculum is relevant. It makes students ready for the future. Semester exams are set according to the average students. The pass percentage is 35%.

Review of S.C.D. Government College.

Placements: Companies that come annually to our college for placements are very good and provide high salaries but there are only a few courses for which placements are done. Placements are not so good in the college. However, sometimes, placements are arranged.

Infrastructure: Hostel facilities are provided for both boys and girls and facilities are very good but there is no facility for mess food. However, there are two canteens available in the college and good quality food items are available. There are proper facilities provided in the hostel for students living there.

Faculty: Teachers are well qualified at the college. They are very helpful to students. They have completed their Ph.D.s. They provide practical knowledge to students and help them to understand what is taught. Exams are taken twice a year as there is a semester system in the college. They take care that arrangements are made at a good level and there is no scope for cheating. Students perform their exams honestly. Students who are doing correspondence studies also come to the college to give exams.

Our college fee is affordable and has good value for money.

Placements: Almost 30% of students get placed in companies. Some of the students do not opt for their placement as they begin their business. The lowest salary package offered was 3 LPA and the highest salary package offered was 15 LPA. The honors degree would give benefits in that case also.

Infrastructure: We had a library in which books were available for all subjects. The library was fully air-conditioned. The library had 120 seats. There were 2 hostels for boys and 2 hostels for girls. The food quality was good and the food was available at a reasonable cost.

Faculty: Teachers in our college were well qualified and professional. They help you at every stage and assist with every problem whether related to studies or any other problem. Semester exams were quite easy and were worth 30 marks. Internal marks were based on these exams only.

Other: This course was quite good as I like the subjects very much. I am keenly interested in these subjects and they will also help me grow in the future.
