SPJIMR FPM Eligibility & Highlights 2026
At the doctoral level, SPJIMR offers a full-time Fellow Programme in Management (FPM). All shortlisted candidates are required to appear for a Research Aptitude Test (RAT) and a Personal Interview conducted by the institute. The final shortlisting panel will consider candidates' academic qualifications, work experience, profile, motivation, recommendations and fitness with the institute's research profile along with their mission. Candidates are also required to submit a Statement of Purpose (SOP) for the SPJIMR FPM course along with their research proposal.

SP Jain cutoff 2025 was released for admission to the PGDM courses based on the students' performance in the CAT entrance examination.
As per the SP Jain CAT cutoff 2025 for the General AI category, students needed to get a percentile of at least 85 (both overall and sectional) to be eligible to go to the next rounds of the admission process, which involves either WAT, GD or PI.

SPJIMR Mumbai admission is given on the basis of the merit acquired in the qualifying examination & the scores obtained in the entrance examination. Candidates must get at least 50% in graduation to secure admission to SPJIMR Mumbai, along with valid entrance scores in the entrance examination (CAT/ XAT/ MAT/ CMAT/ NMAT/ ATMA). SP Jain Institute of Management and Research admission is primarily entrance-based. Candidates are first required to register for the programme of their choice. Once the registration is done, the institute shortlists candidates for admission. SP Jain shortlists candidates for PGDM/ PGPM programmes based on CAT/ GMAT scores followed by a personal interview round. Besides, the final selection is based on academic background, versatility and achievements, entrance exam and PI. For FPM, admission is based on the Research Aptitude Test followed by PI. The selection for GMP programme is based on CAT, XAT, GMAT, etc. followed by PI.
Admission is closed for most of the programmes at SPJIMR for the academic session 2026. The applications are open for Post Graduate Programme in Management (PGPM). Admission to SPJIMR courses is based on merit or entrance exam scores of the candidates. For PGDM/ PGPM, candidates are required to pass CAT/ GMAT followed by a personal interview round. The selection for Online PGDM is based on a personal interview round. Candidates are required to meet the selection requirements for admission to any of the PG programmes. For FPM, admission is based on the Research Aptitude Test followed by PI. Besides, admission to GMP programme is based on CAT, XAT, GMAT, GRE followed by PI round. Hence, direct admission is not possible.

FPM or Fellow Programme in Management is a four-year AICTE approve programme offered at the doctoral level by SP Jain. Candidates can also submit a valid GMAT/ CAT/ XAT/ NMAT/ GRE score. Both freshers and experienced are eligible to apply for this course.
To get admission in PGPGM at SPJIMR, students must meet the eligibility and selection requirement. To be eligible, students must have 50% in graduation and a work experience of minimum four years. Valid scores of CAT/ MAT/ ATMA/ CMAT/ XAT of the last three years are acceptable. For GMAT, test scores of the last five years would be acceptable. The overall tuition fee for the two-year programme is INR 10 lakh.
