Executive Fellow Programme in Management

Candidates who have completed BE/BTech degree or its equivalent with a minimum aggregate of 60% (50% for SC/ST candidates) obtained after completing higher secondary education can apply for FPM. Candidates are also required to pass Class 12 or any equivalent examinations. Two years of relevant work experience is also compulsory for admission to the FPM course at XLRI.

Yes, the Fellow Programme in Management (FPM) offered at XLRI Jamshedpur is recognised as equivalent to the PhD course of an Indian University by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU). It is a full-time, residential doctoral course offering studies in different fields of management and functional areas. Yes, XLRI Jamshedpur accepts XAT scores for admission to PGDM programmes. Candidates can also apply with a valid socre in GMAT/ GRE for PGDM GM programme. Those who score equal or above XAT cutoff is selected for further rounds. Selected candidates are further called for group discussion and/ or personal interview.
