Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering and Technology is a good college.

Placements: Around 20% of the students got placed in our course. The highest salary package offered is around 7 LPA - 8 LPA, and the average salary package offered is around 5 LPA - 6 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is around 2 LPA - 3 LPA. The top recruiting companies for our course are Infosys, Godrej, HUL, etc. Around 5% of the students got internships from our course in Infosys and Godrej.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available in the entire area of the institution and classrooms are neat and clean. Library is also big and has books available which are required. Hostel facilities in our hostel are sports, television room, chess, cricket, etc. Canteen facilities are also available and clean and hygienic food is served.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and even supportive if we don't understand anything. They are well-qualified and have great knowledge. The teaching quality is very good. The course curriculum is very relevant, and it makes students ready for industry, and to face any condition. Semester exams are not difficult when you prepare for them. The pass percentage is 33%.

Other: I opted for this course because of my interest in it. Everything is good in this course and there is nothing to improve. Events, fests, and extra activities are arranged on the campus and Wi-Fi is available in the entire institute.

Review of Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering and Technology.

Placements: TCS, Infosys, and some service-based companies visit at the time of placements. Some other branch students also got placed in these companies with an average salary package of 3 LPA - 5 LPA. If you think you can get admission in like some product-based companies, it only happens when you go for off-campus opportunities. There is no support from the college.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is given but with limited data of 500mb. Hostel facilities are average like in oir hostel direct sunlight is sometimes major issues in summers because here in Punjab weather condition is extreme. It is much cold as well scorching heat in summers this also effects in travelling from hostel to study blocks due to 2/3 km of walking distance.

Faculty: Almost all teachers, specially senior teachers are much supportive and curriculum is also good. Teachers of this college are so good even in online classes they teach a topic around 2/3 times. Therefore they are dedicated and you get great guidance here.

Other: The most attractive thing about this college is it gives a degree ar very less fee charges.

It is a good college to opt for.

Placements: About 80% of the students got placed in our college. The highest salary package offered was 12.5 LPA, and the average salary package offered was 4.2 LPA. The lowest salary package offered was 2 LPA. Artesian Software Technologies Ltd, Hindustan Unilever Limited, Tata Consultancy Services, Mahindra & Mahindra, etc., visit the campus. About 75-80% of students got internships in various companies. Top roles were mobile application developer, systems architect, data engineer, and machine learning engineer.

Infrastructure: All the things in our college are good. Labs are full of resources and essential materials. There is high-speed Wi-Fi for students so they can explore the world of technology. Library is always open for students and is full of important books and any student can take a book from the library to study. Hostel is good and there is sufficient space in the room. The size of the bed is quite small. Food served is average. Medical facilities are very good. There are a lot of sports and games facilities and tournaments organised regularly.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and kind towards students. The teaching quality is average. The course curriculum is relevant. Studies make students ready to face the industry. Semester exams are hard about 80 to 85% percent pass the exams.

Other: I chose this course because of my dreams. The best thing about our course is coding. I would like to make some changes in the structure of course. Events are very joyful. Fest is refreshing. Scholarship tests are conducted every year.

Infrastructure and facilities of our college are good.

Placements: Almost 80% of the students got placements from the CSE department. The highest salary package offered is 12.50 LPA, and the average salary package offered is 4.5 LPA LPA. TCS, Cognizant, Infosys, etc., are top recruiting companies for diploma students. Internships are offered from Pie Infocom, Internshala, etc., for almost all students. Application developer role is given for diploma degree holders.

Infrastructure: There are facilities like high standard quality labs, a library, free Wi-Fi and separate classrooms. Our hostel provides many facilities like free Wi-Fi, a good cleaning of rooms, 24x7 lights and Wi-Fi. Mess food is not that good, but it is average. There is a medical health centre and also a sports ground. Student Activity Centre is also available on our campus. Better security is provided by our institute for every hostel and also for the campus. Overall, it is a better college for students.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, highly educated and well-qualified. Their teaching quality is very good and smooth. This course curriculum is relevant as it makes students ready for the industry. Semester exams are held under the high observation of teachers. The minimum passing percentage is 35%.

Placements: Almost 80% of the students got placed in our course. The highest salary package offered is 23 LPA, the lowest salary package offered is 4.5 LPA, and the medium salary package offered is 8 LPA. Top recruiting companies for our course are Infosys, Mahindra, Tata, etc. Above 70% of the students got internships from our course in Infosys.

Infrastructure: In our course, there are facilities like high standard quality labs and very talented teachers, a library, free Wi-Fi and good separate classrooms. In our hostel, there are many facilities like free Wi-Fi, a good cleaning of rooms, separate rooms, 24x7 lights and Wi-Fi. Mess food is very good and delicious. There is a medical health centre and also a sports ground.

Faculty: Teachers are very talented and experienced with a high-quality education. Some are from IIT with the best teaching. Teachers are qualified from private and IIT, and they also teach very well. This course is relevant, and it makes students industry-ready. In semester exams, students are under high pressure and security. The pass percentage is a minimum of 35%.

Other: I have chosen this course because I was much interested and excited about this course, and I want to become a developer. The best thing about our course is it is exciting in each situation, and we learn something new. I want to be an expert in programming. Events like Madhuram and techfest are conducted here.

Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering and Technology is the best institute in every field.

Placements: As we are still pursuing the course we haven't met any placement. But the course is very interesting. The college also provides us various internships which are very helpful.

Infrastructure: As I have joined the college in the year 2020, we haven't visited the college even once. But from online classes, I have recognised that there are proper and best facilities for our course. I have no idea about hostels or food in mess. I am very excited to join NCC here.

Faculty: Teaching is very knowledgeable. Faculty members are experienced in their respective subjects. They try their best to make things understand. I think the computer science course is helpful in the present and also in the future.

Other: I chose this course because I think most of the work in the future is will be through computers. It is a very interesting field. SLIET is also organises cultural fests which are very enjoyable.

I'm not absolutely satisfied, but yet I have no regrets about studying here.

Placements: An average of around 60%-70% of students were placed in the previous year from our course. The highest salary package offered in our course was 6 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was about 2 LPA. The average salary package offered was around 3 LPA-3.5 LPA. The top role offered in this course is data entry or data feeding.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of this college is good. The campus is spread over more than 3.5 acres, and it is huge. Different buildings are allotted for different departments. The library is huge and very good, and it also includes a digital library. Moreover, the library also has magazine sections for students, and it is open 24x7.

Faculty: Teachers here are well qualified and have great knowledge. They are good at teaching and provide a good environment for students. They always try to interact with students. They will make you feel like they are your guardians. The course curriculum makes students ready for the industry.

Placements: Most of the students from our course got placed, and the rest of the students plan to do further studies. The salary package offered is above average as compared to other institutions. BSNL was the top recruiting company of our course. About 88% of the students got an internship in companies like BSNL, Airtel, and other telecommunications companies. Data entry and processing are top roles offered to the students.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is average as it is a central government institution. Facilities like Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms and library are good. The hostel is not up to the mark, and the washrooms are not that tidy and lack sanitation. Medical facilities are available. For sports and games, there is a separate ground that too built inside the hostel, which is a plus point because you can access it at even 2 am. Mess food is amazing, and the food quality and nutrition are super.

Faculty: Teachers are quite helpful and great in our college. Almost all the teachers are PhD holders. Their teaching quality is better than other institutions. Students come from different states to get a quality education here. The course curriculum is relevant. Semester exams are tough. The attendance criteria is a major issue here.

Other: I have chosen this course because of the teaching quality. The best thing about our course is practical teaching. I wish there should be more emphasis on projects in the labs. The events organised at our college are great, and the people are so friendly. The campus surroundings are greenery.
