Placements: I’m doing a B.Des. in Animation and VFX at UPES. Around 88–90% of students in our course secure placements. The highest package is 10 LPA, the average is 6.5 LPA, and the lowest is 2 LPA. Companies like Dell, TCS, and MPL hire from our course. Approximately 80% of students secure internships, often at companies like Dell and Accenture. Placements: The placements are not worth the fees, especially for the design courses and they need to improve it. They could have provided more packages as fewer students are there in design courses. They do not offer many options in terms of placement in well-known companies.

Placements: The on-campus placements are not that good. The companies that visit for recruitments select 5-6 students out of the whole batch, leaving the rest of them without any placements even when they have good skills along with good portfolios. The college can improve this situation by providing more placement opportunities.

Placements: As a third year UI/UX student, I am happy to talk about the placements. Most of us land in jobs having packages ranging from 3 to 15 Lacs per annum. UPES offers great support, industry exposure and a friendly environment, making it a good choice for the students pursuing design.

Placements: I am currently in my 3rd year with 68 students pursuing user experience design. The top recruiters are IBM, Microsoft, and Dell. Currently, college has provided for most of the students in my course internship. The top roles provided are UI designer and UX researcher.

Placements: I'm still in my pre-final year, which means the placement process for our batch still hasn't begun. However, we have started receiving internship offers from established companies across the country. The companies coming to us for internships offer high credibility rates and hence, I genuinely feel that in the upcoming session, our placements will be up to par as well.
