School of Law, Christ University Scholarships and Funding
Scholarships are provided for students who excel in sports, cocurricular and extra-curricular activities. A student with a good
academic record (without any arrears) who satisfies the attendance
requirements of 85% and who is actively associated with CSA /
NCC / ACC / SWO / CAPS / Student Council / Sports or
Department related activities of the University or represented the
University outside and has sufficient proof to support his/her
application, is eligible.
The scholarship per student can vary between Rs 2,000 to
Rs 10,000 for winning in National level, State level or Regional level
(inter-collegiate or inter-university) activities
The external scholarships and fellowships are provided by the
Government of India, the State governments, Regulatory bodies
such as the University Grants Commission (UGC), All India
Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Ministry of Tribal
Affairs, Ministry of External Affairs, Ministry of Minority Affairs,
Karnataka Labour Welfare Board and philanthropic or communitybased organizations.
Yes, Christ Deemed-to-be University offers merit-based and need-based scholarships to its students. Along with this, a number of scholarships are awarded by the Alumni Association. So far, the Deemed-to-be University has allocated a total amount of INR 450 Lacs for fee concessions and scholarships annually.







For UG courses, the fees for Non-Karnataka students varies from INR 2.3 lakh to INR 2.5 lakh till five years of graduation. The fees for karnataka students varies from INR 2.1 lakh to 2.3 lakh till five years of graduation at School of Law, Christ University.
