Admission process is as follow - 

• Examination Pathway:
  Admissions through ULSAT (UPES Legal Studies Aptitude Test)

• Non-Examination Pathway:

• CLAT Merit / L-SAT India Merit - for BA LL.B. (Hons.), B.Com. LL.B. (Hons.), BBA LL.B. (Hons.) - Candidates with minimum 50% Marks in Higher & Senior Secondary (10th & 12th) and CLATAIR ranking up to 15000/ L-SAT India Percentile of 60 percentile or above will be exempted from appearing in ULSAT.

• Board Merit: for BA LL.B. (Hons.), B.Com. LL.B. (Hons.), BBA LL.B. (Hons.) - Candidates with 75% marks in 10th and 12th main five subjects (English as one of the compulsory Subject) are exempted from ULSAT.

The fees for the BBA LLB (Hons.) programme at UPES School of Law are as follows:

• Total Tuition Fees: INR 11.58 Lakhs for the 5-year program.
• Regular hostel fee for boys and girls at Bidholi and Kandoli campus: INR 1,65,000/-.
• Interest-free refundable hostel security is additional to the hostel fee.

The total fees for the BBA LLB (Hons.) programme at UPES School of Law are approximately INR 11.58 Lakhs for tuition, in addition to the hostel fees and security deposit.

To complete the application process, the student is required to pay UPES School of Law application fees. The application fees is INR 1,750. The application fees should be paid along with the form in online mode.

The total number of students placed during UPES School of Law placements 2025 is yet to be released. The Law batch 2024 comprise of 427 students, of which 398 opted for placements and 325 were placed in reputed companies. 

School of Law, UPES admissions are entrance based. To get admission in UPES School of Law the aspirant must meet the cut off requirement of the accepted entrance test (ULSAT-LLM/ ULSAT/ CLAT/ CUET-PG/ CLAT- PG / CUET). The final selection is done on the basis of personal interview. However, LLB admissions are merit-based.

Yes, Common University Entrance Test (CUET) 2026 registration commenced at cuet.nta.nic.in. NTA released the CUET 2026 notification on January 03 and reopened the window on February 23. Soon after the release of the CUET official notification, the CUET registration 2026 process commenced online at the official website. Candidates willing to appear for the CUET 2026 exam must have completed complete the application form online. Additionally, before filling application form, candidates must make sure that they have fulfilled the prescribed CUET eligibility criteria to qualify for the entrance exam.
