Candidates should clear Class 12 in any stream from a recognised school, with minimum 45-50 percent aggregate marks. There is no age bar to pursue the course. Also, if a candidate aspires to pursue law from NLUs, he has to pass CLAT UG entrance examination. Therefore, candidates from Science, Arts or Commerce background can take up BA LLB in graduation level since the candidates are taught basic concepts of Political Science, Sociology in the first semester.

No, you cannot get direct admission in School of Law, UPES. The admission in UPES Law School is entrance based except LLB. The student needs to have a valid score in entrance tests (ULSAT/ ULSAT-LLM/ CLAT/ CLAT-PG/ CUET/ CUET-PG) to get admission in UPES Law School.
