The basic eligibility criteria is Class 12 with a minimum of 50% aggregate and bachelor's with 50% aggregate.

Candidates with a minimum of 50% aggregate in Higher & Senior Secondary (10 & 12) and CLAT ranking are eligible to apply for admission. The admissions are done on the basis of the School of Law, UPES cut off of CLAT AIR/LSAT India Percentile/Board scores
