For Example: If a student scores 80.7% or 80.9% in Class 12, his/her percentage will be rounded off to 80%, and will get a scholarship on tuition fees for 1st year only.

  • Bonafide Uttarakhand Student

The applicant of Uttarakhand Bonafide resident is eligible for a waiver of 30% of tuition fees for the entire duration of the course (subject to submission of ITR and any other required document every year on/before the date communicated to student through email).

  • Fellowship For M.Tech & M.Des. Programmes

 Students who have a valid GATE score of 75 percentile and above will be considered for a scholarship up to INR 12,400/- per month during their permissible period of registration with the University. Moreover, a teaching assistantship of up to INR 3,000/- is available for students pursuing the MDes Program. The details regarding the eligibility criteria is mentioned below:

  • Students should have a minimum SGPA / CGPA 8.5 in the first semester and subsequent semesters/ year.
  • Students should have passed every semester on the first attempt without any supplementary or improvement exam.
  • A minimum of 75% attendance is required for the entire semester.
  • No disciplinary action recorded against the student.
  • Exemplary behavior and compliance with all other norms as prescribed by the University.
  • To students to are availing this scholarship must not be getting any kind of financial assistance/support e.g., fellowship/scholarship/fee waiver etc. from any other source public or private.
  • Scholarship for MBA

Placements: Top recruiters came to the college and picked all the students, some of whom went on to do Masters in the college itself. 98% got internships as well. Internships are mandatory for both undergraduate and postgraduate students. Summer internships are also offered, along with social internships, which are also mandatory.

Friendly faculty and a top-notch infrastructure .

Placements: The placements this year were excellent with our seniors getting placed at reputed companies like McCann, World group, NDTV, and Hill & Knowlton with the highest CTC of 5 LPA. The internships here are also good where our seniors got placed with The Quint.

Placements: In terms of placement this college offers 100% placements. All most each and every student get placed. The average package is around 4-6 lacs per annum. Students get placed in Noida tv. Internships is must for every student. There is a social internship in 1st year and another in the final year. Most of the jobs consists of content writers.

It is not the best but also not the worst choice to consider.

Placements: School of modern media is a newly introduced college. The placement cell is trying to establish the college in the industry. The placements for now are not impressive but with time it may improve and may show better results in the future with better opportunities.

Neither the best nor the worst.

Placements: School of Modern Media is a newly built college. Since it is new, it does not offer much but it has decent placement opportunities. The college is working on to improve their placement opportunities. It is open to take in the suggestion to improve themselves.

Wonderful and helpful faculty, top of the line infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: As of now we are the first batch of B.Sc. Psychology and behavior school of liberal studies UPES so cannot really say about the placements that we would be offered but we have been provided with extremely good and resourceful faculty and the quality of exposure we get here is remarkable.
