Our college provides good infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: Around 10 to 12 students get placed in our college every year based on their academics. The highest salary package offered is 2.4 LPA and the lowest salary package is 1.8 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Wipro and Infosys. Internships are not provided in our college, but some of our college groups provide part work-from-home jobs in WhatsApp groups. Many students prepare for higher studies and government jobs.

Infrastructure: It is one of the oldest colleges in Odisha established in 1947. Buildings are very old. Many new academic buildings work is in progress. Wi-Fi is not available. Classrooms are good. Labs are average. There are 2 libraries that have around 10,000 books and journals. Girls' hostel is available in our college. It has the biggest field where students can play cricket and badminton and do running or yoga.

Faculty: The teaching quality is good. Some teachers in our college are aggressive but knowledgeable. The course curriculum makes students ready for research. Semester exams are not difficult if students focus on their goals. The pass percentage is around 95%.

Other: I chose this course because of my interest in it, and I wanted to become a researcher. Laboratory should be improved. Our college arranges 2 education tours, many sports, and cultural events. There are social activities like NSS camps, etc.

SCS Autonomous College is a good college.

Placements: Companies like Tosco and Wipro come to campus for placements. Students like to get jobs in different areas, like chemical engineering and various areas related to chemistry.

Infrastructure: Almost all the facilities are available at this college. Wi-Fi is available to faculty members and students for study purposes. The department also has a laboratory for various practical work where students demonstrate their skills. The department also has a library for students. There is no specific canteen for the department.

Faculty: Teachers are highly qualified to teach students. Every year, faculty members are selected through interviews, so the quality is good. The course curriculum is relevant. Courses prepare students for practical life. Semester exams are easy for those who study well.

Other: I chose this course so that I could pursue my dream career. This course offers a vast amount of knowledge regarding chemistry and various elaborations related to it. Events and extracurricular activities are also good.

Review of SCS Autonomous College.

Placements: A minimum of 60% marks in 12th is required to get admission here. As I am doing a normal graduation course, there is no option for campus placements. However, many students go for higher studies after this course. 90% of students do M.Sc. political science and 10% apply for government jobs.

Infrastructure: 6 faculty members are present here. Classrooms are clean, and the infrastructure is very well. All the faculty members are well educated. They teach us very well. A hostel is present and provides good hygienic food. All sports are played in the college. A canteen is also available.

Faculty: All the lecturers are very good and knowledgeable. They teach us very well. They clear all our doubts after classes. 2 semester and 2 mid-semester exams are conducted every year. We have a total of 6 semesters in the entire course, and the difficulty level is high to moderate.

Other: I chose this course because I want to research in future and also liked chemistry in 12th. Chemistry deals with every phenomenon in surroundings. An annual fest is organised in the college.

I am satisfied because of faculty members and infrastructure.

Placements: It is an awesome college.

Infrastructure: The college provides healthy food. Infrastructure is good. Cleanliness is taken as priority, and students health is observed regularly. Sports events are organised regularly to promote sports and games, and special times for study hours are observed by the hostel attendant.

Faculty: Teachers are highly qualified and knowledgeable. Their teaching way is very useful for students, and students can understand very clearly. Special double clearing classes are held regularly for students' improvement. Curriculum events are organised here. There are good teaching staff members, and the interaction between students and teachers is also good. Activities are conducted here, including seminar and workshop. There is a friendly nature between teachers and students, and all teaching staff members are qualified. Overall, the faculty members are the best.

Our college is good for good students.

Placements: Our batch students took admission in the academic year 2018. The average percentage of students got placed in our college. The highest salary offered in our course is Rs. 3,000 per month. Many chemical factories visit our college to recruit students from our course. Overall, the course is good.

Infrastructure: There is no Wi-Fi facility at our college. Labs, classrooms and library are very good. Food is served in our canteen. There are no medical facilities in our hostel. Sports and games are available in our hostel. Quality of the food served is good.

Faculty: Teachers in our college are very good and helpful. They clear all our doubt in classrooms and also out of the classrooms. Their teaching quality is good. The course curriculum is relevant.

Other: I am from the 2021 pass our batch. Students can easily learn if teaching can be done by a projector. A fest is conducted every year in our college. Prerana scholarship is offered in our course for students.

The college is excellent, and very educated teachers are available. It is a nice college.

Placements: The college is nice, packages are provided, and nice facilities are present. The internships are very well done, and the exams are well conducted. The college is very well maintained, and there are no technical issues. Every teacher is good and nice.

Infrastructure: The college is nice, and it also provides good Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi is very high-speed, which is good, and the computers are available. The labs are very clean and well developed.

Faculty: The teachers are very nice, and they are also very close and friendly. The exams are conducted regularly, and all students pass out with good results. All students are smiling and love the teachers, who are very close and friendly with them.

Other: I have an interest in Chemistry and also like the pharmacy field, which is why I chose this course. There are also events, parties, and campus activities.

It is a good college to get a degree but I am not satisfied with infrastructure.

Placements: There were no placements in our college. My percentage in the last exam was 78%. No companies come to our college, hence, no salary package is offered in our course. Our batch was very good at studies but still, students didn't get any placements, or jobs even after completion of the course.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi was not available. The infrastructure of our college was not good. The library was available in our college. Classrooms were shared with different classes. Our college regularly conducts sports. I have never tasted food in the canteen.

Faculty: Pass percentage was 40%. Semester exams were moderate. It did not make industry ready. A few teachers were qualified from top institutions like the Indian Institute of Technology. The teaching quality was good. Exams were conducted very early. It did not prepare us for any job. Exam papers were moderate. Our few teachers are from the Indian Institute of Technology. They were helpful too. They taught moral values also.

Other: They organised a fresher's party. I secured 78%. We welcome new batch by welcoming them, arranging feast, etc.

It is the best college in Puri district.

Placements: Our department has 30 students. Our college doesn't provide placement opportunities. Companies won't visit our college to recruit students. A few students got internships by themselves.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good. The hostel facilities are not good. I would recommend joining the private hostel. Classrooms are spacious. Our college has a laboratory. A huge playground is available in our college.

Faculty: Our HOD is well-experienced. Our teachers are good. They teach us very well. Some guest teachers conduct classes. They teach us very well. The course curriculum doesn't make students industry-ready.
