Occupational therapy is the best course from the best college Seth GS Medical College.
Placements: The batch has a strength of total people of 40 of which 32 are girls and 8 boys. The lowest starts from Rs. 50,000 per month and goes higher on our qualifications and knowledge. We can work in a clinic hospital or open a private clinic. All students get internships in the college hospital itself.
Infrastructure: The department has its separate library. Classrooms are well-ventilated and labs are fully equipped. Mess food is great and we will get the whole lunch for Rs. 30.
Faculty: Faculty members are renowned and recognised worldwide. The course curriculum is the same as MBBS but includes occupational therapy subjects. Faculty members are very supportive and solve doubts from time to time. They provide us with all important, and PYQs. Exams are easy to pass if we have studied constantly.
Other: I chose this course because the course is best because there are few seats. The demand for occupational therapists is high so the payout is great.

Satisfied wholeheartedly and a good place to be. No toxic culture.
Placements: Since it is a medical course, a placement in the traditional sense isn't applicable. However, almost all students do their internship and post-graduation. Salary packages aren't discussed in the undergraduate course. Range for internships is Rs. 15,000 to Rs. 30,000.
Infrastructure: Facilities like Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, and library are available. The quality is fine, and mess and canteen are bearable. Medical facilities are good and sports are excellent. Our department is well-equipped with modern infrastructure that supports a better learning experience. Laboratories are well-maintained.
Faculty: Teachers have great teaching quality. Pass percentage is 90%. Most teachers are highly qualified and experienced in their respective fields. They are approachable, supportive, and open in clearing doubts. The teaching quality is good, and it focuses on clarifying concepts and doubts.
Other: I wanted to help people, and it was my dream. There is a work-life balance. Better infrastructure and cleanliness.

Ragging-free campus. Seniors guide like elder siblings (so friendly).
Placements: Placements are obviously 100% in medical colleges. Also, being one of India's top colleges and Maharashtra's best college, placements and opportunities are more than any other college in the state and most of the colleges in the country. The college also focuses on the ethical and communication skills of students. Special sessions are scheduled for it.
Infrastructure: Lectures are presented on screens using PPTs. There are sliding blackboards. Demo rooms each have projectors and blackboards. There are biochemistry labs, a dissection hall, and 3-4 auditoriums. Libraries are huge, with central AC, and are well-maintained, clean, and stocked with all the books. Messes are quite good.
Faculty: This college is one of the most academically-centric, yet extracurriculars are prevalent too. Academics are taken more seriously than in almost all other colleges. Regular lectures, practicals, demonstrations, audio-visual demonstrations, student seminars, and student attitude module sessions are conducted. Early clinical exposure is nowhere except at Seth GSMC.
Other: The fest here is the state's biggest medical fest. Many celebrities and missionaries visit. Since the college has completed 100 years, the alumni network is vast.

The Occupational Therapy in Occupational Therapy.
Placements: The college is best in Maharashtra, you will directly get a job in a government hospital by exams or in a private clinic, or you can open your own hospital. The students are placed for internships in the college hospital, which is King Edward Memorial Hospital Mumbai, located in Parel.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is old from the British rule, but it’s better than today’s buildings. A 24*7 library is provided. You will get a hostel in the 2nd year, and you have to share it with 2-3 students. You will get a bed and table there. Classrooms are well-ventilated, clean, and hygienic.
Faculty: Faculty is good, they will guide you through the course. The course is the same as MBBS, but you will get 2 extra subjects, and you don’t have to perform any practicals; they will demonstrate it to you. You will get cadavers and real ones for study, which is the top reason for choosing this college.
Other: I chose this course because it’s a very good course, helping people to do their daily life activities on their own.

The descriptions of life at GSMC.
Placements: The name of the college is enough for you to get a good job in a hospital with a good salary. Almost all graduates are working, except those who want to study further. The students are well trained to take care of patients right after they graduate and excel at it.
Infrastructure: The physiotherapy department is a little outdated, as physiotherapy requires frequent updates in equipment and syllabus. The department could benefit from being situated in a place with more natural light. Hostel accommodation is another issue since not everyone gets a nearby hostel, which is more than 40 minutes away.
Faculty: The teaching staff and syllabus are good, covering important topics effectively. We are encouraged to learn additional material beyond the syllabus, which motivates everyone. The exams are up to standard, and we pass with an average of 50%. The course is relevant and prepares students to be at least 60% ready for their careers.
