Best South Campus DU college.

Faculty: Teachers are mostly 9/10 in terms of quality and qualifications. The course is relevant and makes students industry-ready mostly for B.Com (Hons) and Economics Honours. Students are preferred during placements. Semester exams are up to the mark and internals are a priority.

All about Shaheed Bhagat Singh College from the perspective of a final-year B.Com student.

Faculty: Teachers are well-educated and knowledgeable. The only thing I liked here the most was the faculty. The curriculum is slightly irrelevant, but it helps if you are going into the accounting and analytics fields. Exams are not difficult, and anyone can pass them. The passing percentage is around 40%.

Good infrastructure, away from Delhi's crowd and pollution, with the best faculty members.

Faculty: Shaheed Bhagat Singh College has very good staff. They have highly qualified degrees from institutes like IITs and IIMs. Teaching quality is very nice. According to me, it improves your thinking and how deeply you can think. It helps you choose the right things in your daily life easily. It also makes your calculations very good. It is beneficial for students entering the industry because of its focus on calculations and calm, deep thinking. Semester exams are not that hard if you study. In my b...

SBSC (66.6% attendance mandatory) Locality-good (Select City malls are only 1km away) Decent crowd.

Faculty: Well, each teacher is different, but I can tell you that every one of them is highly knowledgeable. Some are very helpful, some say they will help, but they don't. But all of them do their jobs timely classes and notices if classes are canceled (which is not too often). Talking about the curriculum, the NEP made it worse. SEC and VAC subjects are useless and also result in a decline in your CGPA. We have to give assignments, viva, presentations, and tests, which is okay, but all of that for all ...

Review of Shaheed Bhagat Singh College, University of Delhi.

Faculty: The college has one of the best English faculties in DU. Teachers are polite and go beyond classroom teaching to explain practical concepts. One teacher acts as a mentor throughout your time at SBSC. Students can also reach out to teachers for professional or personal guidance.

SBSC is one of the best colleges of the South campus, University of Delhi, especially for commerce.

Faculty: Faculty is top-notch. Some of them are really fantastic. Teachers are really helpful and highly qualified. The course curriculum is more relevant to the students who wish to pursue a civil services career. The difficulty of the B.A. programme paper is easy to moderate, and the pass percentage is 40%.

Unfiltered review of SBSC.

Faculty: Teachers are well qualified, and are very experienced and have deep knowledge about their subject, as most of them are Ph.D. holders. In college, teachers are of all types. Some are understandable and helpful, while others are rude. Overall faculty is good in college as they take classes regularly, not like other DU colleges.

Is Shaheed Bhagat Singh College worth it?

Faculty: Some faculty members are nice towards students. But some faculty members not nice. They are knowledgeable persons and are superb. Students who are regular might score above 7.0 CGP. Semester wise students can score 8.0 SCGP. Sometimes, teachers give 3-4 assignments in a single semester. Attendance is mandatory because attendance holds 6 marks.

Pretty decent college, good campus life, and infrastructure.

Faculty: Teachers were very good, a very good and decent staff. They were so helpful and knowledgeable. They helped us a lot. The examinations were tough, but you can pass easily if you studied the whole year properly. You require 33.33 marks to pass the exams, which were not that tough.

Satisfied with college and the beautiful campus.

Faculty: Few teachers are very helpful. Most of the teachers are qualified and knowledgeable. Few teachers execute their knowledge very well and few just can't execute it well. The curriculum is relevant and it does make students industry-ready for the future. The difficulty of the semester exam is average not very hard or very easy. Exams are like something studied properly then they are scored for my course.

Great college, infrastructure, teachers, cand campus experience, worth it.

Faculty: I will say the faculty of my course is pretty great. We could see them putting real efforts. Same goes for the curriculum too. However, it’s pretty wide, and we often find ourselves rushing through the course. The exam pattern is also good. However, I don’t like unnecessary exams for subjects like SEC, VAC, and AEC.
