The infrastructure is good.
Placements: Very few percentage of students are placed. The placement package offered is of Rs.3-4 LPA. Companies like Mahindra, Wipro, M.Tech, Infosys come and recruit from this college.
Infrastructure: There are 4 hostel for boys and two hostel for girls. Hostel has Wi-Fi facilities and the mess is average neither bad nor good. There are 4 hostels named Satluj, Beas, Ganga and Yamuna hostel. Yamuna hostel is for the first year students only.
Faculty: Faculty members are good and well educated. They are Ph.D. holders and well experienced. Some of them are cooperative with students and really friendly in nature. During examinations, there is no chance of cheating.

| BCA | Candidates must have passed the 10+2 or its equivalent examination in any stream conducted by a recognised Board / University / Council. OR Those candidates who have passed their Matriculation examination and have also passed three year Diploma in any Trade from Punjab State Board of Technical Education & Industrial Training, Chandigarh or such Examination from any other recognised State Board of Technical Education, or Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering & Technology, Longowal are also eligible. |
| B.E. / B.Tech | Candidate must have passed Diploma in relevant stream from a recognised Institute. |
| MBA/PGDM | Candidates must have passed Bachelors Degree of minimum three year duration in any discipline from the University recognised by the University Grants Commission (UGC). In case seats haven't been filled under respective categories, admission shall be considered on the basis of Inter-se-merit in the qualifying examination. |
| B.Arch | Candidate who have passed 10+3 Diploma Examination with Mathematics as compulsory subject with at least 50% marks in aggregate from a recognised Institute/ University can also apply. Candidates appearing for 10+3 Diploma with Mathematics in the current year may also provisionally appear for NATA-2023. |
| MCA | Candidates must have passed BCA/Bachelor Degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent Degree. OR Candidates must have passed B.Sc./ B.Com./ B.A. with Mathematics at 10+2 level or at Graduated Level (with additional bridge courses as per the norms of the concerned University) Candidate must have obtained at least 50% (45% in case of candidate belonging to reserved category) in the qualifying Examination. |
| M.E./M.Tech | Candidates must have passed B.E./ B.Tech. in relevant stream with atleast 50% (45% in case of candidate belonging to reserved category) marks in aggregate. In case seats haven't been filled under respective categories, admission shall be considered on the basis of Inter-se-merit in the qualifying examination. A valid GATE Score would be preferred but not mandatory for admission. |
