SSCBS: A journey from a student to a professional.
Placements: Placements of SSCBS are really good with an average package of around 9 LPA. Top recruiting companies like McKinsey, BCG, Brain, Dabur, Alveraz Marsal, etc., visit the college for placements. Around 85% of students in my course get placed. Companies that offer internships include McKinsey, Brain, Nation with Namo, etc. The top roles offered include Analyst and business researcher.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of SSCBS is very professional-looking. There are 3 labs in the college with a lot of software and applications such as Power BI, Tableau, etc. Wi-Fi is sometimes not working properly at some particular places. The quality of the food available in the mess and canteen is not that good after the change of the caterer. Emerging medical facilities are available.
Faculty: Teachers at SSCBS are highly knowledgeable, professional, and skillful. They ensure quality teaching. Sometimes, guest faculty members are lethargic towards their subject but permanent faculty members are completely dedicated. The course curriculum of BFIA is completely relevant to the industry and we are taught about corporate finance and investment management. Exams are not too difficult and we should just know what the teacher tells questions in class. It has a very high pass percentage.

Placements are the USP of SSCBS.
Placements: About 95% of the students bagged the placements from the college. The highest package is from Infoedge at 29 LPA. The lowest salary is 8 LPA, and the average package is 13 LPA. Mckinsey, BCG, AbinBev, KPMG, etc., all the big companies come to the college for the placements. About 50% of the students get internship opportunities from the college from names like Nation with Namo, Mckinsey, etc. Top roles offered are strategy consulting, etc.
Infrastructure: Completely air-conditioned classrooms along with a Wi-Fi facility are also available. Labs are well maintained by the college authorities. There is a lift available in the college. The library is also one of the best in class in the college. There are hostels for boys and girls, where the food is prepared to an amazing standard and proper hygiene is maintained. Canteen provides a wide range of food options to the students. There is also sports facility available in our college.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and qualified. Most of them have completed their PhDs from reputed institutions. Their teaching quality is just the best. The course curriculum is relevant to the industry standards, which makes the students ready for the corporate world. Semester exams are difficult to moderate for the curriculum. The pass percentage is close to 85-90%.
