- Executive MBA is a joint-venture program offered in partnership between Shailesh J. Mehta School of Management (SJMSOM) at the IIT Bombay & Olin Business School at Washington University in St. Louis.
- The program is the only one in the world to confer a degree from both an Indian and an American university.
- The participants complete 17 modules in Mumbai and spend two weeks (3 modules) at Washington D.C and St. Louis where they complete the balance coursework and visit American companies
- The schedule of program delivery has been split into 4 days (Consecutive) per month, starting a Thursday morning and going right through Sunday evening
- Each participant upon satisfactory completion of the executive MBA program is awarded a joint postgraduate degree in Business Administration from IIT Bombay and Washington University in St. Louis
- On successful completion of the program, participants become an alumni of IIT Bombay and WashU
- The top 20% of the class joins the global Beta Gamma Sigma network
- Course curriculum also includes Capstone Project of 2 weeks duration
