MTech programme is offered in Power Electronics, Information Technology and Micro-Electronics & VLSI Design  for  Professionals SGSITS Indore Eligibility BE/BTech. degree in a relevant branch or MCA for specialisation in Information Technology Intake in each programme 15 students.

The M.Tech programme in Quantum Computing at SGSITS Indore requires a qualifying degree in B.Tech (Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Electronics & Instrumentation, Electrical & Electronics, Engineering Physics, Computer Science, Instrumentation, Material Science, Information Technology, or Applied Mathematics) or an equivalent field.
