Candidate must have completed B.C.A/ B.Sc. (Computer Science) /B.Sc (IT) /B.E. (CSE) / B.Tech (CSE) / B.E. (IT) / B.Tech. (IT) or equivalent Degree with above mentioned marks from any recognised University/Institute. Or Candidate who have completed any graduation degree B.E./B.Tech/ B.Sc/ B.Com/ B.A. /B.Voc. preferably with Mathematics at 10+2 Level or at Graduation Level (with additional bridge Courses as per the norms of the concerned University) with above marks can also apply. Candidates appearing for final year of qualifying examination are also eligible to appear.

This college has good infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: The Shivaji Science college is one of the top colleges in Nagpur. Placements come in the college but the criteria are not fit for most of the students. They want above 60% for the first step of selection and the starting salary is also low.

Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure of the college are very good. Their classrooms and library are good. The library is good for students in that they can assess any book from the library. The classrooms are good and are very clean and neat. The canteen of the college is just fair.

Faculty: Teachers of the college are very qualified. Most of the teachers of their teaching subject are very good in their subjects. They are very knowledgeable in their subjects. The teaching quality of most teachers is very good. The semester exam is difficult.

Other: This course is among the top courses. The best thing about this course is we have many different things to study. I wish to improve in this course the student-teacher experience. They should interact with each other more. Extracurricular activities are done in college that are very helpful for students and their future.
