The prestigious Shivaji Science College of Orange City.

Placements: Almost 70% of students end up with good positions after graduation from our college. It has a top reputation in Nagpur region. Salary package here lies from 6 LPA to 10 LPA. Average of good students if we talk and 50% secured internship from our college period only. The school teacher and tuition mentor jobs are also applicable.

Infrastructure: Campus life is amazing with lots of fun, various trips, and magnificent sports opportunities with equipment. DNC is also attached to our campus having all sports amenities for students at very cheap prices like Rs. 1,200 for a year gym membership and the same goes for badminton court, basketball court, chess, and table tennis. The workshops for leadership are also promoted. Hostel facility is not available over here, but there are all the steps taken towards it by our MLAs. The college is in the prime location.

Faculty: There are 6 semesters in our course and 33% is the passing criteria for each semester every 6 months in the course for 3 years. The practical exams are also conducted with the same criteria of passing.

Other: I chose this course as I have left very few options with good scope in the future, the degree of B.Sc. is wholesome in itself and the opportunity is good. I can apply for research work and a teaching career is very easily fetched. Fees here are Rs. 5,000 is for the general category students and the reserved students have to pay Rs. 2,500 yearly, also there are many discounts we get in badminton. Gym fees is our college are Rs. 400 for 3 months, and hostel is only available for girls on college campus.

The college had a good placement record and excellent teaching staff.

Placements: Our college has an active placement cell and not only that, they give us campus recruitment training from well-trained faculty. The highest package is 10 lacs, and the average package is 5 lacs. The campus selection rate is around 60% and nearly 150+ companies visit campus so most of the students get job opportunities.

Infrastructure: Our college campus is quite big and looks very beautiful. The college provides all the facilities, like AC in classrooms, smart classrooms, Wi-Fi on the whole campus, a seminar hall, auditorium and all the other basic facilities. In classrooms, projectors are also used for digital classrooms. There is a boys and girls hostel in our college and it is good enough.

Faculty: The faculty in college are quite friendly and really helpful. They are well qualified and they have a minimum of 5–6 years of teaching experience. Faculty provide notes and everything that students need during the exam. Our college labs are well equipped, and each department maintains them very well. Exams are taken by university and they are hard but you can figure out the exam pattern and weightage.

The college is the best in all ways, and placements are nice from the last two years.

Placements: In our college, the placement cell is very active, and they have created a WhatsApp group for sharing company hiring alerts. Placements start in the 5th semester of the course. The highest package of last year is 10 Lacs, and the average package is 5 Lacs. The most recruiting companies are Deloitte, Goldman Sachs, Zoho, Wipro, and many more startups. Around 60-70% of students get campus internships and pre-placement offers.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is well-maintained and cleaned. The library in our college is the best place for studies, and we have computer labs used to perform practicals. The college also provides transportation facilities at a very affordable price. Hostel is available for both girls and boys. All facilities are provided in the hostel, and the mess food is also good.

Faculty: Faculty members are very friendly with the students. They are highly knowledgeable and experienced. Any sort of doubts will be clarified by faculty at the end of every class. They encourage us to perform various activities such as group projects, PPT presentations, hackathons, and cultural activities also. Our department also arranges some industrial visits every semester.

College is good in all aspects and the location is also very convenient.

Placements: As our college is a tier 2 college, the placements are not that great. Students have to work hard and try for off-campus recruitments. Companies like TCS, Wipro, TATA, and Amazon visit here to hire students for different job roles. Last year, the highest package offered was 10 LPA and the lowest package was 5 LPA.

Infrastructure: Campus life in our college is the best. College has all the basic facilities along with Wi-Fi across the campus. The labs are well-equipped with instruments. The classrooms are clean. College has a canteen and a cafe inside the campus. There are ACs in the classes and the library as well. The hostel rooms are good but the food is average. College hostel is far away from our college.

Faculty: My experience with faculty is very good as they are very helpful. All the faculty members are very supportive and available for the students whenever they need them. They have well enough knowledge of their subjects and they teach us every topic in depth. All the faculty members use different methodologies to teach. Exams are difficult and the students have to study hard for it.

Top College in the city of Nagpur.

Placements: Top College in Nagpur with a Co-operative faculty. HCL and TCS are the leading companies visiting our college. 3-4 students secure placements from the B.Sc. branch; otherwise, companies prefer hiring from the BCA field. No internships are provided; only the syllabus is completed on time.

Infrastructure: Co-operative faculty, helpful staff, regular classes, and attendance is compulsory for internals. Personal data is allowed to use, but there is no Wi-Fi connection for students. Mobiles are not permitted during exams, and there is no canteen. The library is the only place where one can find peace. Hostels have mess facilities and medical services. Classrooms are clean and tidy. Sports events frequently take place in the college. There are no regular events, but a fresher party is arranged once, and farewell is organized by juniors, depending on them. There is a gym on campus.

Faculty: Faculty members possess good knowledge of the subjects they teach and follow the curriculum of RTMNU University. Previous year questions are included in semester exams. Achieving 75% or above is considered good for passing in this college. Faculty members make sincere efforts for good results. The staff is dedicated, and there is a nice playground. Extra-curricular activities occur, and the annual day is celebrated.

Other: As Physics encompasses knowledge of Biology, Chemistry, and industrial applications, I chose the content of Physics for proper understanding.
