I am happy with my college life and the people I have met.

Faculty: Teachers are very good. They provide us with good guidance. They are well-qualified, experienced, and very knowledgeable. The faculty in my department teaches in a very good manner. The semester-based exams are neither hard nor easy. The pass percentage is not very high. The average CGPA required to pass is around 4–5.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, well-qualified with a Ph.D. They are very knowledgeable and with good teaching qualities, also they have at least 10 to 15 years of experience. Curriculum is relevant according to Delhi University, but don’t make students industry-ready is the only drawback. Exams are not difficult, but not easy either. A student who studied in good amount can pass the exam easily, with a good CGPA. The pass percentage is 33%.

Shyam Lal College Evening: Where flexibility and self-learning are waiting for you.

Faculty: Most professors are good, especially for core subjects, but they mainly explain key topics, so self-study is important. For optional subjects like SEC or VAC, teaching is often weaker, requiring extra effort. I am pursuing B.Com (Hons.). The course is good with interesting subjects each semester, helping me become industry-ready, but only partially. Exams are held every semester with medium difficulty, requiring assignments, practicals, and timely exam form submission. Forms appear 1.5 months be...

Good faculty, affordable B.Com course with supportive teachers and active Campus.

Faculty: The faculty members are knowledgeable and supportive, especially in subjects like accounting, taxation, and economics. They explain concepts with real life examples, which helps in understanding commerce fundamentals better. The curriculum is relevant for both higher studies and industry needs, though it can include more practical exposure, like live projects. Exams are of moderate difficulty, and with proper preparation, most students pass easily.

Shyam Lal College! Best for your B.A., B.A. honors, B.Com, and B.Com honors.

Faculty: Our college teachers are very supportive and kind-hearted. They understand our problems and help with academics, providing everything related to our exams and careers. Classes and exams are conducted properly, and they treat us as future assets.

Faculty members are good and placements are like average.

Faculty: Faculty members are very good. Teachers are supportive in nature. They are always ready to take queries from the students. Again, the exam pattern all depends on students. If he studies then he will pass the exam easily. If he or she does not study then it's difficult for them.

Some important points of Shyamlal College.

Faculty: In this college, we have regular classes, and after five months, semester exams are not that difficult, it's are easy to crack and pass. Teachers are very helpful because you can call them for any doubt, and they will reach out to you or provide an alternative teacher.

It is a good college to once to prepare or other government exams.

Faculty: The staff is also good. They are cooperative. They will also not for much for attendance and you can prepare for anything you want. There are seven exams in each semester, and there are two semester in one year and there is not much crowd coming to college.

I am absolutely fine with the college faculty members and the good environment.

Faculty: Teachers and all the staff members are helpful. They provide multiple courses that are beneficial. Although, exams are tough but good. The minimum marks required to pass are at least 40%. Overall, everything is good in our college. Faculty members are the best.

This college has good infrastructure as they are taking care of the facilities.

Faculty: Teachers are very knowledgeable, and they help us a lot, except for some. Yes, this course is very important. Semester exams are really hard; you have to get at least 60%. Many students don’t even know the date sheet of the exams because of the absence of a notice board. I think there is an absence of a notice board. Students have to check various notices about the college and the exams.

I thought I took the wrong decision by taking admission here, but now I feel it is actually good!

Faculty: We have good teachers and a pretty good curriculum. This course is very relevant to today's world, and it's in demand. The exam conducted is difficult, and the passing percentage varies from 70-85%. The exams are tough, but if you pay attention to your course, then it will be much easier for you to crack it.

Absolutely dissatisfied with college faculty and location.

Faculty: Only a few teachers are helpful and friendly; the rest of the teachers are not much. Teaching quality is good for Political Science, Economics, History, and English. Examination difficulties are medium, depending on the subject you have opted for, and you have to pass in more than 7 subjects out of 14 in a year to pass and not get a year back.

One of the worst college - Shyam Lal (Evening).

Faculty: We will be getting our ID cards in the second semester, while students at other colleges already have theirs. As a spot-round student, I had to apply my preferred skill enhancement and value addition courses. Initially, I attended classes based on my submitted choices, but after a month, I was assigned completely different subjects, ruining my attendance for that period. There are some promising teachers, but not many. Some teachers rush through the syllabus without proper explanation. It's my f...
