The college has poor teaching quality and poor facilities.

Placements: Placement opportunities are not provided in Siddhi Vinayak Polytechnic College. No company visits this college. The college doesn't provide internships. No placement cell is present in this college. Even our senior batch didn't get placements. Internships were also nil.

Infrastructure: The library in the college is average and doesn't provide any books for civil engineering branch. Wi-Fi facilities are available in the college. Classrooms are very bad. Quality of food is average. Hostel rooms are average. There are not many facilities in the hostel. The quality of food provided in the hostel is average.

Faculty: Faculty members in our college are average and not well qualified. They are not very knowledgeable either. Teaching methods were very poor. Only 3 teachers taught us all the diploma subjects. We didn't get industry exposure. The course curriculum is very poor. Teaching quality is very poor.

Review of Siddhi Vinayak College, Alwar, Rajasthan.

Placements: In the beginning of this college, placements were quite good but at the time of my batch i.e. 2011-2015 and the previous one, the placement department were not working properly and no companies visited the college. Neither I nor my friends got placed from this college.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is quite good but there is no Wi-Fi for the students, it is only for the faculty members. There is no medical facility too. The sports activity is average and the sports week is organized once in a year. The library is quite good but there is a lack of good books. Labs are good and properly managed with an average canteen.

Faculty: This college is suffering from a lack of good faculty members. Some faculty members are available but they were less educated and experienced. Students had to prepare for exams by themselves, Lab experiments were performed in a proper manner. and mid-terms and practical exams were organized properly.

Other: This college has lack of placements, good books in the library, average faculty members and below average practical knowledge. I would like to say that you will find other better options in Alwar city to study in civil engineering.
