PhD is a minimum of three-year programme offered in full-time and part-time mode. The university offers PhD in 13 specialisations such as Engineering, Science, Management, Humanities and Social Science stream. Eligibility: Candidates who have completed ME/ MTech in relevant disciplines with at least 6.5 CGPA or 60% aggregate in BTech (or MSc/ MCA) and MTech levels from recognised technical institutes or universities are eligible to apply for PhD programme. 

Aspirants who have completed MA/ MBA/ MCA/ MCom/ MSc in Humanities or Social Sciences or Management with CGPA 6.5 or 60% aggregate can also apply.

Selection criteria: SET (written exam and/ or interview)/ UGC-NET/ UGC-CSIR NET/ GATE/ CAT or other similar national tests
