OJEE 2023 registrations: Special OJEE 2023 application forms have been released online on June 1, 2023. OJEE 2023 application process began on February 10, 2023. The application window for OJEE 2023 closed on March 31, 2023, at 11 PM. Earlier, the last date of application was March 20, 2023. The OJEE 2023 exam will be conducted on May 8, 2023, to May 12, 2023. Candidates appearing for the BCAT and MSc (Computer Science) also had to apply for OJEE 2023. The OJEE form correction window opened on April 1, 2023, and closed on April 2, 2023, at 11 PM.
Special Entrance Examination will be conducted for admission to B.Tech, LeTech (Diploma), LeTech (B.Sc), MBA, MCA and MPharma courses for candidates who could not appear for JEE Main. The Special OJEE exam will be conducted in computer-based test mode. The exam will be conducted in four shits.

- Any candidate who holds a graduation degree or equivalent in any discipline from a recognised university can apply for OJEE.
- Final-year graduation students are also eligible to apply for OJEE.

OJEE application form 2023 was released online on the official website of OJEE. How to Apply for Special Entrance Exam 2023?
Follow the steps mentioned below to know how to apply for Special OJEE 2023:

Visit the official website of OJEE
- Click on 'Special OJEE 2023 forms' or visit the following link https://admissions.nic.in/OJEE/Applicant/Root/Home.aspx?

Register with details required such as name, e-mail ID, mobile number, etc. and create a password

Next, submit the details and you will be given an application ID after confirmation

Login with your registered application number and password to fill out the application form

Pay the application fee in online mode using Debit Card, Credit Card or Net Banking and wait for the fee status to be updated

After confirmation, submit the application form and get a printout of the same for future references
The application fee is INR 1,000/- and can be paid through online mode using Debit Card, Credit Card and Net Banking.
Instructions Regarding Special OJEE 2023
Mentioned below are a few important instructions regarding Special OJEE 2023:
- Special OJEE 2023 will be conducted in the computer-based test mode in the English medium.
- Special OJEE will be conducted for admissions to BTech, Le-Tech (Diploma), Le- Tech (B.Sc), MBA, MCA and MPharma courses under OJEE.
- Three new courses, MTech, MPlan and MArch have also been added for admission through Special OJEE.
- The second/Special OJEE 2023 exam will be conducted for admission to first-year courses in all private and government colleges in Odisha against the vacant seats left after the first round of counselling of OJEE.
- Candidates belonging to states other than Odisha are not eligible for admission to government colleges. They can opt for private colleges.
- Students holding a rank or have appeared for JEE Main 2023 or OJEE 2023 do not have to appear for the Special OJEE exam.
- Candidates must reach the exam centre at least an hour before the exam along with the admit cards.
- Candidates cannot leave the exam centre before the exam is over.
- Candidates must not carry any electronic gadget, books, study material, etc. to the exam centre.
- The exam will have MCQ-type questions. Each question will carry four marks. One mark will be deducted in case of incorrect answer.
How to Appy for OJEE 2023?
Candidates must fill in the application form carefully. Authorities will reject the OJEE application forms that are incomplete or received after the deadline. To fill in the application form, candidates need to follow the below-mentioned steps:
OJEE 2023 application process includes four steps i.e. online registration, form filling, document uploading, fee payment and printing the confirmation page. Check out the steps below for OJEE 2023 registrations.
Step 1: Online registration
- Visit the official website of OJEE.
- Click on 'Registration for OJEE 2023'.
- Candidates will be redirected to the new registration page. Click on the 'Fresh Candidate Registration' button or copy https://admissions.nic.in/OJEE/Applicant/Report/Instructions.aspx
- Fill in details such as name, date of birth, gender, father's name, contact details, password, etc.
- Enter the security code and finally click 'Submit'.
- Review the details entered by you and click on 'Final Submit'.
Step 2: OJEE 2023 application form filling
- Candidates will be assigned an Application Number after a successful registration.
- Click on the 'Complete Application Form' button.
- Fill in all the required details and submit.
- Review your details and click on 'Final Submit'.
Step 3: Uploading documents
- Candidates need to upload scanned images of coloured photographs and full signatures in black or blue ink. The documents should be in JPEG/JPG format.
- Once the documents have been uploaded, the application fee needs to be paid.
Specifications for uploading the scanned images of the photograph, signature and thumb impression in the OJEE 2023 application form are given below.

Step 4: Fee payment and printing confirmation page
- Candidates will require the application number which they received during registration for fee payment.
- Candidates need to pay the application fee in online mode only using a credit card, debit card (VISA / MASTER / Maestro cards) or internet banking.
- Once submitted, take a printout of the confirmation page.

OJEE 2023 Test Centres
Candidates must keep the following things in mind before choosing the OJEE 2023 test city:
- Candidates can choose up to three test cities according to their preferences while filling out the OJEE application form.
- The test centres cannot be changed once the application form has been submitted.
- The OJEE exam centre and the city will be mentioned on the OJEE admit card.
- The OJEE Cell holds the authority to change or modify the exam centre depending on the number of students appearing for the exam.
