If I score more than 140 in NATA and less than 70% in the HSC, can I get admission in Sir JJ College?

NATA score of 140 is fine. In HSC, the score needs to be more than 80%.

As Merit List keeps on changing every year (obviously :P ) and It all depends on the combined NATA score and board results. For the year 2017, The Cut off Merit score for Maharashtra Candidates at Sir JJ College of Architecture were as follows:
For General Candidates: 148.46
For SC Candidates: 128.69
For ST Candidates: 116.46
For SBC/OBC Candidates: 150.2
So through this you can easily now see your admission chances

Sir JJ COA would be a little difficult with that score, but there are a lot of other good colleges which you may opt for.

Yes, definitely, you are eligible to get JJ College of Architecture with your NATA score, also with JEE Main Paper 2 marks. Your overall aggregate is also good. For you, it will be easy for you to get into this college.

No, it's not possible as your score is much lower. Usually, colleges ask for a minimum of 55% aggregate marks. Sorry, you can try somewhere else.
