Placements: The institute achieved 60% placements, with the highest package at 7 LPA. Top recruiters like Airtel and Decathlon offered diverse roles. A 100% internship placement rate ensures hands-on industry experience. Strong corporate tie-ups and a dedicated placement cell enhance employability and career growth.

Infrastructure: The facilities were disappointing. Wi-Fi was unreliable, labs had outdated equipment, and classrooms were overcrowded. The library had limited resources. Hostel rooms were cramped and poorly maintained. Mess food lacked quality and variety. Medical facilities were adequate, and sports facilities were in poor condition.

Faculty: Teachers were qualified and knowledgeable, though teaching quality varied. The curriculum was somewhat relevant but lacked industry-focused practical training. Semester exams were moderately difficult, and the pass percentage was decent for regular students.

Other: I chose this course because of my interest in the subject and its career prospects. It offered a good foundation in the field, with opportunities to learn key concepts and skills. The best things about the course were the knowledgeable faculty, decent study materials, and occasional industry interactions. Some subjects were well-structured, providing a strong theoretical base.

In SMS College, the highest percentage of placement offers at their best structure.

Placements: In SMS College, the placement percentage is more than 80%. The highest package of placement this year is now around 12 LPA. The lowest package is 4 to 5 LPA, and placement is still ongoing. TCS, BigBasket, and more are the companies recruiting. More than 80% of students get placed in roles such as Manager, Area Manager, and Head HR.

Infrastructure: If talking about facilities and infrastructure, be honest, it’s not that good, but the classroom has a fully air-conditioned ceiling, the library has space? Hostel facilities are not that good. The quality of food is not that hygienic, but there is a sports fest organised by the college.

Faculty: Professors are very helpful and cooperative. They are highly educated and knowledgeable. Overall, the teaching quality is good and beneficial. Yes, in the management course, extra co-curricular activities or industrial visits are important. If you study hard and go through all the materials provided by the college, it is more than enough.

Other: Because I have done my graduation in the BBA programme, this course attracted me. I'm quite interested in doing an MBA programme because I want to be a part of an MNC. The MBA course provides you with knowledge about business finance and also provides basic knowledge about how to start your own business. I want to improve in this course to be more creative. There is a big event which is organised by the college, named Adharshila. It is a 2-day programme. There are various sponsorships offered. There are extra co-curricular activities such as EEP.

Faculty, subjects, environment, labs, and students.

Placements: The placement record of our college is pretty great. Almost 70% of our senior batch has been placed, while many of our seniors went for their family business. I am still in my final semester, and I have secured a job offer through campus placements. Our placement cell even helped us during the internship process. Average packages offered to our batch are around 3 LPA; even one student secured a package of around INR 7 LPA. Some of the frequent recruiters include Zydus Cadilla, Nestle, Oyo, HDFC, Kotak, Reliance Jio, Tata Indicom, etc.

Infrastructure: Yes. Hostel facilities were good. The food was good. 24-hour electricity was available, and cleanliness was maintained. That was important. We got both veg and non-veg food according to days. We're happy with the hostel facilities. Hostel Fee: INR 40,000 per year External Expenses: Rs. 4000 - Rs. 7000.

Faculty: SMS college has a pretty decent curriculum that is centered around the financial sector, primarily. The dual specialization program really allowed us to specialize in two different areas of management. Over a period of four semesters, we learned subjects like business management, economics, financial management, human resource management, operations, etc. The last two semesters included a blend of specialization subjects and additional subjects that were common for the students of all streams. Course Fees: INR 107,000 per year.

I feel lucky to be a part of SMS college.

Placements: I am pursuing an MBA here. I recently got placed in an FMCG giant. I would like to appreciate the training and placement cell and the faculty members for their hard work and efforts they make to bring renowned companies for placement. You can check the official website of SMS Varanasi to see the list of companies that visit the campus. Top recruiters are Pepsico, Amul, TCI, ITC, Berger, Bandhan Bank, ICICI Bank and many more.

Infrastructure: SMS Varanasi has a great library, computer labs, modern classrooms and other necessary facilities like hostels and buses. Classrooms have smart TVs. The canteen is also good, but it could be better. Every year, sports events are also organized. The hostel is also good, and the food is great.

Faculty: All the faculty members are well-educated. The majority of them are Ph.D.-qualified. They will teach and train you in such a way that you become good at academics while simultaneously becoming job-ready. SMS conducts workshops and training programs regularly to shape the future of students.

2 year journey with my college was fantastic because I learned so many things.

Placements: From the 3rd semester on, the students are eligible for the placement processes. There are a number of company visits for recruitment and hiring. The highest package is around 12 LPA and the average package is around 6 LPA. The profiles offered are in marketing, HR, and finance. 60–70% of the students are placed either on-campus or off-campus. I've got my own startup plan.

Infrastructure: The hostel's facilities were good. The food was good. 24 hour electricity. And cleanliness was maintained. We got both vegetarian and non-vegetarian food according to the day. We're happy with the hostel's facilities. Hostel Fee: INR 40000 per year External Expenses: Rs. 4000–Rs. 7000.

Faculty: The reason behind choosing this was to get into the corporate world, this college is the link for the students to get into the best companies and grow in their careers. The faculty members are amazing; they help nourish each and every student and prepare them to get into their jobs. Every student in the course is allotted one mentor with whom they can share their problems and learn from them. Almost all the faculty are NET-qualified. The exams taken by the colleges are on a timely basis, and the faculty teaches in such a way that the student passes the exam easily. The quality of teaching is top-notch, due to which the students do not find any problems while taking exams and they prepare the students well for exams by taking a periodic test, which prepares the students for their final examinations. Class Size: 112 Course Fee: INR 144,000 per year.
