Good infrastructure and well-maintained.

Placements: In the CSE department, 70% of students were placed. The highest package was 8 LPA, the lowest was 3.5 LPA, and the average was around 5 LPA. Top recruiters included Infosys, Wipro, TCS, and Accenture. Around 60% of students got internships at Accenture, Zoho, and Capgemini, mainly as developers and analysts.

Infrastructure: The CSE department had modern infrastructure with smart classrooms, high-speed Wi-Fi connections, well-equipped computer labs, and a digital library. Hostel facilities were decent with clean rooms, good medical support, and hygienic food in the mess and canteen.

Faculty: Teachers in the CSE department were very helpful, well-qualified, and had strong technical knowledge. The curriculum was industry-relevant with practical exposure. Semester exams were moderately difficult, and the pass percentage was around 85%.

The way the structure of the college is designed bring design thinking in every nook and corner.

Placements: About 65% of students are placed in my department. Top companies are Accenture, Cognizant, HCL, Deloitte, and Course 5 Intelligence. Most of the people got internships at SNS iHub and were offered a lot of projects.

Infrastructure: The hostel and classrooms have free Wi-Fi. Hostel food is quite good. There are medical and sports facilities. Games are available like basketball, badminton, volleyball, and many more. College provides a lot of labs and other facilities for students to enrich their skills.

Faculty: Teachers have a doctorate degree. They teach really good. The curriculum is based on a design thinking framework, it also includes blooms taxonomy. Semester exams are moderate. Most of the questions are similar to the internal assessment question paper.

Other: I chose this course because of the scope and the exposure. The companies for placement approach this course first. There are a lot of events happening every week and they keep students engaged. Overall, the college provides scholarships to students based on their education percentage.

My Genuine review about SNS college of technology.

Placements: Currently, 40% of students were placed in Computer Science and Engineering. The highest package is around 13.5 LPA, the lowest package offered is 2.5 LPA, and the average package is 4.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies are CTS, Accenture, Wipro, TCS, and Zoho. Only very few students got internships at ISRO and from some start-up companies. Top roles offered are Software Developer, Mobile App Developer, Full Stack Developer, and DevOps Engineer.

Infrastructure: The whole campus supports Wi-Fi connectivity, but with very low internet speed. Here, we don't have hi-fi systems in our lab; mostly all the labs are equipped with AC. Every classroom is equipped with a projector and smart board and has proper ventilation. The hostel is situated inside the campus. Talking about the quality of food available in the mess, it is very average. There is a food court available inside the campus which provides good quality food. SNS College of Technology gives more importance to sports and encourages us to participate in various sports events like cricket, basketball, volleyball, etc.

Faculty: The teachers here are qualified, helpful, and knowledgeable. Mostly every staff member uses smart boards for teaching so that we can easily take notes, and it is way easier to understand than with regular boards. This course is curriculum-relevant, and also it makes the students industry-ready. The semester exams are moderately difficult, and the pass percentage is 50%.

Other: I am fascinated by how technology works, and I would like to solve real-world problems creatively using programming. Many courses are overly theoretical here, so I wish those would be replaced by practical courses. In Coimbatore, SNS is famous for conducting events and festivals. Students here conduct various technical and non-technical events, and students from other colleges can also participate. Since SNS College of Engineering, SNS College of Technology, and SNS College of Pharmacy are on the same campus, it seems crowded. But they manage the crowd by allotting different break times. Extracurricular activities like NSS and NCC are available.

Satisfied with the college.

Placements: Our college provides pretty much good placements. Since I'm in computer Science stream, the placements are mostly from companies like accenture, wipro, tcs and cognizant. Around 90 percentage of the students are getting placed every year. The highest ever package received was 12 Lacs per annum.

Infrastructure: The hostel room is very much good and well maintained. But the food is not quite worthy for the feels we pay. Non veg will be given once in a month. There is a library in our campus. Free Wi-Fi facility is also provided. The labs are also maintained in good condition.

Faculty: Most of the faculty members are friendly and helpful. Even they have their own youtube channel where they upload lectures so that we can learn whenever we have doubts. The curriculum is based on design thinking framework. There will be three internal exams in each semester.

Design thinking based learning.

Placements: The placements are pretty good in our college. Around 80 percent of total students were placed last year. Usually placements start from the 7th semester. The highest ever package was 12 lakhs per annum and the average package is around 3 lakhs per annum.

Infrastructure: Being a hosteller, I feel that the hostel infrastructure is good and the rooms are well maintained. But the food is not up to par. Wi-Fi facilities are available throughout the college and everyone can use 1 GB per day for free. The library is not so large but has the required materials.

Faculty: The teachers have good knowledge about the subjects, except in a few circumstances. The course curriculum is framed based on the design thinking framework. And it is very effective and makes students industry-ready. There will be three internal exams per semester, which are not so tough.

Placements: Around 90% students get placed every year. In computer Science department, average placement percentage is 98 percent. The highest package is 12 Lacs per annum. The average package is 4 Lacs per annum. Students are asked to do internship from 4th semester.

Infrastructure: The hostel is below average for food but the rooms are good. There are both attached and non attached rooms available. The fees for hostel is around 1 lakh per year for attached and 90 thousand for non attached. Wi-Fi facility is available throughout the campus.

Faculty: The faculty is friendly with the students and help us in many factors. They are well qualified. The course curriculum is relevant and it is based on design thinking framework. There are three internal exams per semester and they are easy to pass.

Other: Events are quite often happening here and the campus life is enjoyable.

Placements: Almost 100% of students got placed in our course. The highest salary package offered was 12 LPA, and the average salary package offered was 3.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies for our course were TCS, CTS, Wipro, Zoho, Accenture, Mindtree, Sutherland, etc.

Infrastructure: Our campus provided free Wi-Fi. All labs were good with the latest generation systems. All classrooms were neat. They were peaceful to listen to and study. The library was always open for us to take reference books and study.

Faculty: All teachers were helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality was good. The course curriculum was relevant. It made students industry-ready. The syllabus was according to the industry needs only.

Other: Our college conducts many events, and any department student can participate in those events. They provide on-duty for students to participate in other college events and cultural activities.
