This is the best college for M.Arch. In the Building Engineering and Management Course.
Placements: The placement rate in my course is average, with half of the talented students receiving an institutional placement. The highest package in my study was around 25 LPA, the average was around 13 LPA, and the lowest was 3 LPA. Many students received internships. Top jobs are construction manager, project manager, etc. The top recruiters are Larsen & Tourbo, Shapoorji Pallonji, Tata Projects, and more.
Infrastructure: There are well-equipped classrooms with teaching devices, a well-stocked central library, and a college with Wi-Fi. In terms of hotel amenities, the college website does not provide details on room quality or the food. It is suggested that you contact the college authorities for specific information.
Faculty: Faculty members are extremely knowledgeable and qualified. The teaching method is appropriate. They not only educate in academic subjects but also prepare students for corporate life. The exam difficulty level is medium, not extremely difficult. The cutoff percentage is frequently higher than 65%.

Review of SPA Vijayawada - School of Planning and Architecture.
Placements: The college has a very good record of placements. You need a very firm knowledge of the technical stuff. There is a placement cell in the college that provides various opportunities. There are so many companies that have visited our campus, like Google, Microsoft, Barclays, Deloitte, Jaguar Land Rover, etc. The highest package for our batch went up to around 45 LPA, and the average package was around 20 LPA. My college offers internships. The general stipend varies, but the overall experience is a great one because every student can publish at least one research paper.
Infrastructure: The course curriculum has specifically been designed to provide ample theoretical as well as practical knowledge to the architects of the future. In the initial semesters, the focus is more on the development of creative ideas and thought processes. Later in the course, the design problems are made more practical and realistic for the practical experience of students. The college provides hostel rooms. It is mandatory to take a hostel. The fees for the hostel are included in college fees. Hostels are very nice, and we get above-average facilities, and the food is also hygienic and excellent.
Faculty: Teachers are enthusiastic about imparting education. They are ready to help students and give out proper study material. They always devise good ways to impart education. Faculty members here have an immense amount of knowledge, but some are not good at delivering it. When asked about a specific topic or any doubt, they put all their effort into clearing it. The semester examination system is followed, under which there are two main exams—one during the middle of the semester and one at the end of the semester. The semester exam consists of 60 marks.

Extremely good faculty members.
Placements: Around 80% of students were placed from our course. The package offered in our course was extremely good it was around 10 LPA-12 LPA generally. Top recruiting companies were RSB Environment, Egis India, IBI Group, etc. Around 60% of students secured internships also.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure available for our course were extremely good. The college campus was very big. Library was available in the college. The quality of the facility present in the hostel was clean. Washrooms, fresh drinking water, etc., were available.
Faculty: Teachers were helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable in their respective domains of study. The teaching quality of our faculty members was world-class. Course curriculum was relevant and it was INIs. Semester examination was not very easy. Pass percentage was 40%.

One of the most beautiful campuses in the world and won various prizes.
Placements: Internships are mandatory for everyone. Students have done their internships in various cities and states. But mostly, students prefer doing a Master's than working straight after completing a Bachelor's. The lowest package would be 3 LPA, the average would be 6 LPA, and the highest package would be 12 LPA. Top recruiters are firms that do projects for the government. The top roles are urban planner, town planner, and assistant town planner.
Infrastructure: The campus infrastructure is very well. Wi-Fi is available throughout the campus. All labs related to planning are available, like survey lab, climate lab, etc. Air-conditioned libraries, lecture halls, and studios are available for students from 5 AM to 11 PM. Food is good in the mess. The canteen is also available till 3 AM at night. The first-aid room has all medications, with a doctor and nurse, a sports room with all required sports instruments, and a music room with all instruments.
Faculty: Teaching quality is very good, with real-life demonstrations. Field trips are conducted every semester to understand real-life situations and plan accordingly. The curriculum makes students ready for the market. Semester exams are not difficult. 50% is the pass in all subjects.
Other: Bachelor of Planning is a rare course. Only about 30 colleges in India have planning. The course gives significant knowledge about the market and makes students ready for the market. A yearly college fest is conducted, called Inyan. Other than that, cultural festivals have cultural events. The campus surroundings are educational institutions. Scholarships can be applied through NSP scholarships, and various clubs are present.

The best college for M.Arch. in Building Engineering and Management.
Placements: About 75% of our students get placements in this college. My college tries to provide its students with the best placement and internship opportunities. The average package offered is around 9 LPA. The highest package is 16 LPA, and the lowest is 5 LPA. L&T, Shapoorji Pallonji, Tata Projects, CBRE, JLL, and Cushman & Wakefield Companies visited the college for recruitment. The top roles offered were project manager, construction planner, sustainability consultant, and building engineer. About 70% of students got successful internships.
Infrastructure: We have many facilities, including Wi-Fi and a computer lab. The classrooms are well-ventilated and fully AC. Students can find a variety of books, periodicals, and other study materials in the well-stocked library. The hostel's rooms and the food served in the mess are of high quality. We have sports competitions and tournaments during cultural events. Our college provides 24/7 medical facilities.
Faculty: The professors have extensive knowledge. They conduct classes regularly. They have diverse knowledge in all subjects. When you need them, they are there to help. You have to put in your efforts and interact with your seniors to learn. If you study well, you can clear the semester exams very easily. The syllabus of the course is relevant, and it makes the students industry-ready. The pass rate is around 75%.

Life of a student in SPAV.
Placements: Mostly, in planning, 60-70 percent of students get placement in my course. The average package for starters is 5-6 lakhs per annum. The lowest was 3 lacs per annum. On average, students get 5 LPA as starters. There are some government jobs that come from Niti Aayog, etc. Mostly the roles that are offered would be town planner, regional planner, local area planner, etc.
Infrastructure: For my course, there are better classrooms with more air ventilation. There are many labs for us, like the GIS lab, architecture lab, etc. There is a library in which they got almost every book that is useful for us in our studies, and we can even take them away for 30 days. Regarding Wi-Fi, there is a separate login code for each student in which they can access Wi-Fi using their college mail ID, and the Wi-Fi speed goes up to 1 Gbps. Regarding the hostel, there are double rooms and single rooms in which either one person can stay in one room and two people can stay in one room. The food is so nice, and they give paneer 3 days a week and non-veg 3 days a week (biryani every Wednesday afternoon). Except for Wednesday night food and Friday afternoon lunch, everything is fine. There is a 24/7 medical facility available in college, and the doctor will be available from evening 4 pm to 10 pm. A nurse will be available 24/7 in the medical facility. Regarding sports, we have a separate basketball court, an athletics ground (where football, cricket, and running track are included), and a volleyball court (which is used for both kabaddi and volleyball).
Faculty: The faculty here in SPAV is well educated, and most of them were IIT graduates with more than 15 years of experience. Their teaching is way more unique from what we observed in our schools and intermediate education. The college management made a flexible course curriculum with time for festivals, sports, study times, etc., which everyone likes in this college. We got flexibility to go on our interests while getting enough time for our studies. The semester exams are quite hard for some students and moderate for some other students. The questions will be created by the exam-holding faculty, and those who go through many books and gain a good knowledge about the topics can score good marks in exams. The pass percentage is 86-92 percent.
