This is the best college for M.Arch. In the Building Engineering and Management Course.

Placements: The placement rate in my course is average, with half of the talented students receiving an institutional placement. The highest package in my study was around 25 LPA, the average was around 13 LPA, and the lowest was 3 LPA. Many students received internships. Top jobs are construction manager, project manager, etc. The top recruiters are Larsen & Tourbo, Shapoorji Pallonji, Tata Projects, and more.

Infrastructure: There are well-equipped classrooms with teaching devices, a well-stocked central library, and a college with Wi-Fi. In terms of hotel amenities, the college website does not provide details on room quality or the food. It is suggested that you contact the college authorities for specific information.

Faculty: Faculty members are extremely knowledgeable and qualified. The teaching method is appropriate. They not only educate in academic subjects but also prepare students for corporate life. The exam difficulty level is medium, not extremely difficult. The cutoff percentage is frequently higher than 65%.

The best college for M.Arch. in Building Engineering and Management.

Placements: About 75% of our students get placements in this college. My college tries to provide its students with the best placement and internship opportunities. The average package offered is around 9 LPA. The highest package is 16 LPA, and the lowest is 5 LPA. L&T, Shapoorji Pallonji, Tata Projects, CBRE, JLL, and Cushman & Wakefield Companies visited the college for recruitment. The top roles offered were project manager, construction planner, sustainability consultant, and building engineer. About 70% of students got successful internships.

Infrastructure: We have many facilities, including Wi-Fi and a computer lab. The classrooms are well-ventilated and fully AC. Students can find a variety of books, periodicals, and other study materials in the well-stocked library. The hostel's rooms and the food served in the mess are of high quality. We have sports competitions and tournaments during cultural events. Our college provides 24/7 medical facilities.

Faculty: The professors have extensive knowledge. They conduct classes regularly. They have diverse knowledge in all subjects. When you need them, they are there to help. You have to put in your efforts and interact with your seniors to learn. If you study well, you can clear the semester exams very easily. The syllabus of the course is relevant, and it makes the students industry-ready. The pass rate is around 75%.

Institute of National Importance and a good place for learning.

Placements: Being the first batch of MBEM, the students of this batch is yet to go through the placement procedures. But the students of SPAV have been previously placed in some of the eminent design and planning firms. Many of them have been accepted to pursue their higher education in several national and internationally acclaimed research institutes.

Infrastructure: All the buildings have high-speed Wi-Fi connectivity, which really helps us in our research works. The Computer labs can be accessed by students and are equipped with all the necessary software. SPAV has a very well-equipped central library which has a large number of titles that assist the students throughout the course. As MBEM is a newly started course, provisions have been taken to procure books that are relevant to the course. The hostel and mess are spacious as well as hygienic. Overall the infrastructure for the course and hostel can be said as well arranged.

Faculty: All the teachers in-charge of this course are highly qualified and also have immense field experience and have been providing much valuable knowledge to the students to make them ready to face the real-time scenario. Since this is the initial batch the curriculum has some hiccups which are continuously being discussed and reviewed for the betterment of students.

Other: I chose this particular course because it gives us much more insight into how the designs which are made by the architect or design team, is actually getting executed on site. This course makes us understand all the different methods and steps that can be and needed to be adopted for effective and optimized delivery of a project. Since management of construction projects are important many opportunities are available in the industry for an MBEM graduate. Some more live case studies and industrial visits can be incorporated into the curriculum as this course mostly relates to the real-time scenarios. Along with the academics, the Crowd of SPAV is always active with numerous celebrations, festivals as well as sports activities.

Best in class infrastructure and facilities with good campus connectivity.

Placements: Our course is introduced newly and first batch has to be passed out. Due to pandemic, situations didn't allow for internships otherwise students would have done internships. Top roles offered in the course are project manager or a construction manager.

Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure like or related to Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, library available for course /department are best of its kind. Quality of facilities in the hostel are best in class and food standards and hygiene in mess and canteen maintains standards.

Faculty: Teachers have qualified degrees related to this course. Course curriculum is designed especially on architecture background and architects feel comfortable when learning this course in the campus. It makes the student industry ready as the syllabus is designed in such a way.

Other: Course has demand in industry. Campus and it's surroundings are clean and green. Connectivity is high as campus is at the heart of city. Events, fest, extra circular activities happens through out year.
