Yes, If you have a rank of 5631 in Stream 1, secure 86 percentile in JEE Mains, and score 865 marks in your intermediate exam, then you would be capable of getting admission in B.Sc.
The admissions are carried out on the basis of the entrance test marks and Class 12 marks. As the cutoff list changes
