SRM Medical College MMLT Courses & Fees 2026

SRM Medical College does not accept direct admissions to any of its programmes. Students must either qualify for the entrance (if applicable) or clear the eligibility to get selected. SRM Medical College Hospital and Research Centre accept students on an entrance basis for some of its programmes, such as MBBS and MD/MD. To get into those courses, students must appear and clear the NEET exam and participate in the counselling conducted by MCI. However, Health Science course admissions are subject to fulfilment of the eligibility criteria. Students are selected based on their overall academic performance and the availability of seats. SRM Medical College accepts the NEET SS entrance exam, followed by the counselling rounds for admission to the MCh and DM courses. SRM Medical College NEET SS cutoff 2024 has been released wherein the first round closing rank for MCh admission was 1340 for the General AI category students. For DM, the first round closing rank stood at 3137 and 4018. 

SRM Medical College application process is completely online. For admission to courses such as MBBS, MD, DM, etc., candidates are selected based on national-level entrance exams such as NEET UG, NEET PG, NEET SS, etc. The application process for these courses must be submitted on the official website of NTA or the respective entrance exam. Candidates also have to pay a certain amount of application fee at the time of registering for the respective courses. Find below the course-wise application process for SRM Medical College UG & PG courses:

• MBBS: Students seeking admission to MBBS are required to apply via the NEET UG entrance exam. They can register themselves on the official website of NTA NEET or directly go to (examinationservices.nic.in/Neet2023/Registration/Instruction.aspx). There, students must register, fill out the application form, upload all the scanned images for required documents and make payment of the application fee.
• MD/ MS/ MCh/ DM : For admission to the PG or super-speciality courses, students are required to apply via the official website of NBE. Interested candidates have to complete the following four stages: basic registration with relevant details, documents submission and registation fee payment.

No, state quota is not applicable for seat allotment at SRM Medical College. All the seats are filled through All India Quota (AIQ) Counselling by MCC. NEET qualified candidates from all states can register for the AIQ counselling on the website of MCC and choose SRM Medical College MBBS as their first preference to get a seat.
